Rented a cabana for the day during our stay at the Wequassett Resort and had food served from the Outer Bar during the experience. Had an amazing day, the food and service were both outstanding, and the views of the pool and Atlantic ocean are to die for. A highly recommended experience if you are staying at this beautiful resort!

The hostess greeted us with we are closing in 10 minutes. ( reason for two stars) Not what we expected from highly rated Wequassett Inn. I had to ask can we eat here? We were led to a table and greeted by a five star waitress Caroline (hope I spelled the name correctly) who greeted us with a smile and graciously served our lunch never rushing us. The lobster roll was delicious with a good portion of lobster and the clam chowder creamy. We enjoyed the beautiful nautical atmosphere and incredible view thanks to Caroline.

Great service and lovely environment. We had a large group and they accommodated us well. Great oysters and fun boba cocktail! They can make nearly everything on the menu gluten free and my friend thought the gf fish and chips were amazing.

Loved it! Beautiful spot with amazing views of Pleasant Bay. We've previously eaten at 28 Atlantic and on the Terrace several times. The food and service at Outer Bar far exceeded the other spots.
Beautiful venue with spectacular views. Refreshing cocktails - strawberry daiquiri, mudslide & watermelon margarita. Delicious food, perfectly prepared - fish & chips, fish tacos & summer salad with shrimp. Efficient kitchen. Wait staff service excellent - very friendly & informative. Overall very friendly & welcoming staff on the whole property. Will definitely visit here again !
A beautiful resort who's beauty is only visible during the day. At night, the Outer Bar lacks atmosphere. The unfinished wood structure tent like covering feels temporary and the light brush blue paint inside the dining area looks incomplete. Food is good, especially the lobster rolls. Pricing for appetizers and desserts are jacked up to double their value; hard pass, unless you must have $4 oysters and $16 chowders / cheesecakes. They need to learn how to shuck oysters as each we're not shucked clean of bits of shell. Oysters themselves are Chatham oysters and are worth trying, if you've only had Wellfleets. Service is fine. Drinks are made right. It's difficult to find your way to the restaurant at night, so take some extra time before your res to figure out where and how to get to where you're going.
If you ever want to visit a restaurant at the cape I recommend this one!! The food and the views were amazing. I also loved how there was live music outside. However, our waiter wasn't helpful but the ambience and food made up for it.
Caesar salad with salmon was very expensive and not good. Additionally we requested the 123.00 bill be split between my friend and I. We were both presented with a bill for 83.82. When we asked the server, who was lovely, she had no reason why it was split incorrectly. We received the corrected 62.00 bill which we signed. The original 83.82 is what is showing on my credit card so a time consuming correction will need to occur. Very disappointed with this mediocre very expensive restaurant.
The views are great and the service was friendly and attentive. For the price, the food was OK but nothing more than that. The avocado salad had no avocado in it. Fish tacos were not hot. These simple misses are disappointing, especially given the premium pricing point.
Great venue for a Birthday celebration ! The view was amazing ..Calamari appetizer was yummy ..We had salads with salmon and another with shrimp ..and fish and chips .. All which were delicious. They even brought complimentary dessert for the birthday girl .

We had a great date night thanks to our server Marta! The location is a delight. I wish I knew that it was kids movie night but besides that the food was great and the atmosphere was great. We will be back!
Had reservations. Was told we could sit one row back from window or wait 20 minutes. Sat down one row back and table on window were taking their leftovers and left. Not a good impression especially since we made reservations later to avoid the lunch rush (2:15),
We ate dinner here the first night of our stay. Food was amazing, and service prompt. We had a great table overlooking the patio, where live music was playing. It was not too loud and fun to hear the music while eating. The hummus, grilled salmon, Korean chicken breast and fish tacos were all delicious. Highly recommend. Our only criticism was that our waitress seemed distracted and not thrilled to be there. She didn't smile much, offer suggestions, or even stop by to see whether we needed anything. Not what we'd expect for service at a place like the Wequassett.
First time my wife and I came to the Cape Cod area. We were staying in Chatham and looked online for good restaurants in the area. The Outer Bar showed up so my wife and I ventured over for dinner. The atmosphere is great and there was no wait to get in at the time we went. My wife and I both ordered the Lobster rolls not knowing they were going to be served cold. The lobster rolls were $48 each and were served with fries or a salad. My wife got the salad and it wasn’t that good. I got the fries and the roll was okay. So I basically paid $48 for French fries. My wife and I each got “specialty drinks” (mudslide and strawberry daiquiri) which were $21 each. We got the fried calamari as an appetizer which was very good. Grand total almost $200 for two people. Not what we expected but we just ate our food and left. In my opinion, not worth the money, especially for cold lobster rolls, which I understand is a way they are served but at least give people a heads up when they’re paying $50 for cold lobster in a bun.
