The food here is phenomenal. Highly recommend the lobster bisque and breaded haddock! We also had oysters, and the lobster pasta which was flavorful and delicious. Also the mudslides are wildly alcoholic and a fun pair with an amazing meal. Don’t listen to the negative reviews on here the food is 10/10 they also have an outdoor section with a much younger crowd, but if you’re in the main restaurant, it’s a really nice atmosphere.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Our server accidentally spilled and broke a glass directly in my lap, leaving shards of glass all over me and soaking my jeans. While I tried to be understanding and said it was fine, I expected at the very least that the drink would be removed from my bill given the inconvenience. Instead, I was charged in full.
Even more concerning was how the broken glass was handled. It seemed to take several employees walking by multiple times before anyone addressed it. At one point, staff were even trying to pick up shards with their bare hands instead of sweeping properly. You shouldn’t need formal training to know how to clean up broken glass safely, and the lack of urgency or common sense was frustrating.
Our server (blonde with glasses, wearing a navy sweater and white tennis skirt) never offered any apology or resolution. Overall, the situation was poorly handled and left me very disappointed.

Asked on Instagram if the Port was dog friendly and they called me a clown and blocked me.
Beware of this resturant - they are extremely difficult to deal with when there is an issue. They hide behind emails without signing their name and never resolved my issue. I would not recommend you give this resturant your business.

OVER CHARGED: Please be advised that this restaurant overcharges its customers - and brings more drinks that were ordered. The server said he would credit my credit card, and he never did. I called the restaurant, and I was informed that I needed to send in an email explaining what occurred. I sent 4 emails and received replies but the person answering the emails kept asking the same question over and over again - plus they never identified who they were - no name to reach out to. This is not reputable restaurant - this server took advantage of because of my age.
We had a really bad experience at The Port. My friends and I went there visiting for our college graduation trip and were ID’d at the door before going in. After getting drinks and being there for an hour we were asked by a bouncer to see our IDs again. The bartender insisted they were fake, even when we gave her a second form of ID. She then threatened to call the police on us. She was very rude about the situation and kicked us out of the bar knowing we were all 21.Would not recommend grabbing a drink here especially considering the high prices.
Had a cocktail party there. 5stars
The kale caesar shrimp salad with mint won us over.
Service was amazing.
Kudos to Brooke.
Isn’t hospitality the principle mantra of a good restaurant. 5 people came in during your happy hour menu prepared to spend decent money. One of us is Celiac, ie gluten free not by some precious personal choice but bc of a serious, health-threatening allergy. Your kitchen couldn’t make a single exception or go minimally out of its way to provide something that guest (a child BTW) could safely eat. Cute spot. Extremely boring wine list. Too bad we’ll never find out if the food was good.

Overpriced and nothing special! So many much better restaurants on Cape Cod at less cost.and will not be back. The $1 oysters from 3-5 PM are the only thing to consider.
Better than expected given the recent reviews. We were promptly greeted and given a choice of where to sit. Waitress brought fresh rolls and butter and took our order promptly. Food came out quickly (it was not very busy). We didn’t have silverware at our table and had to ask our server twice, but she was very apologetic about it. Nice atmosphere, the tuna poke nachos were excellent. Prices on their website are inaccurate as of this posting; everything has gone up at least $4.
Low service, high prices. Owner is also rude! I don't recommend this place. Avoid it.
Great space but they ripped of 20+ people the night I went here until someone noticed. Didnt even get food but definitely not worth spending anything here. better spots
Went for some oysters, didn’t end up getting any because the blonde bartender on staff 10/20 at 2pm was the worst I’ve ever had and I do not say that lightly. The entire time we sat there with food and a drink she sat with her back turned to us while texting. Food was good, drinks obviously fine poured from a glass or tap, but offered no help, left us with empty glasses for quite some time while we were waiting for oyster happy hour and we ended up leaving because it was not worth sitting there any longer. Service needs to be addressed. Horrible.
