Went in here for some bread. The girl named Samantha working the front of house is extremely rude and short tempered. I don't know what her problem is but she needs a lesson in customer service. I've heard from multiple people that they will no longer go in the bakery because of her and her horrendous mean girl attitude. Good riddance!

Had to come to the other account to express my rage with this company. DISGUSTING customer service, y'all need to get the blond chick out of there, she’s has no customer service skills or even basic home training. She wanna work in food service put her in the McDonalds drive through instead.

I went into this bakery yesterday, there was 3 young girls working one was very disrespectful to me she looked about mid 20’s and blond girl she was on her phone, on call, serving other customers before me while i was in line before. And was being very disrespectful to her coworkers and denied help, the whole time I was in the store with my friend she’s made me uncomfortable and rolled her eyes at me when i told her we needed time. If you look at the cameras from about 4:45 on 3-29-25 then you’ll see her The whoopie pies were dry and customer service was not acceptable. Only one worker in there offered me genuine help.
Stopped by for some holiday pastries, I cannot wait to try all there is over time :) every single thing I got is phenomenal

Always loved their products, but today with the purchase of a small scali i was shocked at the size. It was extremely reduced from the past. This is a good example of shrinkinflation. I hope they take notice
