99% of the time, I go there for the coffee. I have had a spinach and feta stuffed pretzel, very tasty. Every time I have ordered my coffee, it is made right the first time. The staff are friendly. I have only gone through the drive thru, and I really have not seen the inside.

Not sure if the barista think's I'm stupid but next time I'm thinking about going to aroma joes I'll just throw $7 in the trash instead because it's the same thing at this point! Went through the drive thru this morning for an iced latte with cloud top (she confirmed iced while ringing it up) and then brought me a hot latte at the window. I politely mentioned that I had asked for iced and she looked at me as if I was inconveniencing/stressing her out. Not sure what she did when she 'remade' my drink but seems like she just took some of the hot latte and put a little ice in it. By the time she was handing me my 'iced latte' I was over the whole situation even though it didn't have cloud top and had maybe one ice cube in it? It looked nothing like a latte especially not one I would ever pay $7 for. Makes me wish I could take my tip back. Ruined my morning and was just overall terribly offputting. I will not be returning. Starbucks is right around the corner.

apparently, the only things this location has on the menu now are whatever the baristas are in the mood to make when you arrivei usually come here all the time for an iced tea, but i went to this location this week and the blond girl had a sour attitude and told me they don’t make iced tea?i said yes you do, i get it here all the time. this was just met with more attitude and denial, so i left.i went to another location that happily made my iced tea for me afterwards - so i don’t really know what that was about (probably laziness), but i definitely won’t be back lol which is a shame because the other people typically working here are quite nice

Been coming here for years, more recently the newer staff has been unpleasant. I’ve had many issues with a few of the workers here with a snobby attitude. I’ve been going to another aromas recently because the $5 rush I’m being charged for here has no effort made into them anymore. Almost like drinking flavored tree sap.

Usually have a great experience there, but today I received the wrong size coffee, which was no big deal she took it back no issue and got the larger one but handed me an ice coffee that was leaking everywhere. She must have just poured it into a bigger cup. I got coffee all over my pants and in my truck by the time she came back with napkins. O well it was busy, but kind of bad decision to hand over a cup pouring coffee out the top and down the sides.

I love the energy drink before going to my second job.
However, several times Ive paid 7.33 for the 32oz and have been handed a cup thats not even remotely full. This last time, I finally said something…The employee asked if I wanted her to add more ice? How about more drink??

staff need training, waited 20 minutes for a single coffee honked horn just for her to tell me she was starting the food from the order AFTER me and sorry for the wait. I understand morning staff are sometimes on their own and they are supposed to start food first but if your previous order can be made 10x over in the time it takes you to prep the next order do the first customer first.
Always mess up my coffee, they always put sugar in when I ask for” regular flavor with milk only , no sugar” not very compitent
