Been coming here for years, more recently the newer staff has been unpleasant. I’ve had many issues with a few of the workers here with a snobby attitude. I’ve been going to another aromas recently because the $5 rush I’m being charged for here has no effort made into them anymore. Almost like drinking flavored tree sap.

Usually have a great experience there, but today I received the wrong size coffee, which was no big deal she took it back no issue and got the larger one but handed me an ice coffee that was leaking everywhere. She must have just poured it into a bigger cup. I got coffee all over my pants and in my truck by the time she came back with napkins. O well it was busy, but kind of bad decision to hand over a cup pouring coffee out the top and down the sides.

staff need training, waited 20 minutes for a single coffee honked horn just for her to tell me she was starting the food from the order AFTER me and sorry for the wait. I understand morning staff are sometimes on their own and they are supposed to start food first but if your previous order can be made 10x over in the time it takes you to prep the next order do the first customer first.

Complete waste of my money. The coffee tasted like it was burnt. We tried to return it and she said there was a no return policy right after I just get through the window. Poor customer service and they should clean the machine so it won't taste so poorly

Visited out of curiosity and I was very impressed. The Witches Brew iced coffee and honey glazed donut were delicous. The girls at the counter greet you with a smile very friendly and helpful.

Should really invest in some stickers to close food orders for delivery like the other Aroma Joes does in Bradford and like every other restaurant.

The cinnamon pretzel was very terrible and it was hard, like a rock. I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes inside the lobby to get that order. The employees were not friendly at all. Therefore, I won't go there, anymore
