I've been coming to this place for about a year. This is THE BEST COFFEE SHOP PERIOD!!! Let's start with the coffee... Caramel Macciato, hot with caramel sauce is the best. They use the ice cream caramel and melt it into the milk (if you choose milk, other options are available). They have sandwich options and bagels also, try them out and you will be very pleased. The AJ Rush... is my jam!! Tons of combos, Sour Patch kids, Hippie, Warhead (fav), sour trolley, too many to keep naming. They even have a secret menu for rush flavors... try them ALL, and the prices won't break the bank, this Aroma Joe's WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU!! The staff are top tier! Efficient, kind, courteous, quick even at 530am..... yeah! They open early for you to beat traffic. You can't go wrong with this location right near the highway. I've completely switched my routine to get coffee and a Rush of the Day, from this location. Work then into your schedule and they WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU!! I promise!

Way better atmosphere than I would have expected from a chain coffee place. Lots of places to sit down and the espresso was actually good. The staff were quite friendly and attentive. And it was quiet, I had the place almost to myself with only one or two other people coming in, and no loud music. Better alternative to Starbucks.

Best aroma joes out there. Every employee is welcoming and eager to know how ya day is going. I always go to haverhill one on main st on my lunch break. They always have amazing decorations and fun littler boards saying “drink of the day” absolutely amazing!! 5 stars for everything!

Nice physical place with tables and couches . Flowers in the center of the tables . BUT , the coffee is light roast , acidic , leninist , and really tastes very bad . I tried both espresso and cappuccino , and both tasted so bad that I had to throw the coffee away .

I’m usually there around 11:30 am Saturday morning an I find everyone to be in a positive friendly mood and for a younger crowd of employees there all the type of young adults that there grandmothers would be proud of! ( there very respectful and polite) .

Had wonderful energy. Made us feel at home. Order a mango smoothie- possibly one of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely stop by when in the area.
