Amazing food and staff, daily customer for 9 straight months, but a surprise 25% price increase turned me off.... $16.5 for a breakfast sandwhich and coffee is too high for me.... you can door dash a cheaper breakfast of same quality from andover.

Staff is very friendly and they work very well as a team. I'm really not a coffee drinker but I drink it out of necessity and they made my coffee perfectly! I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an English Muffin and it was fresh, hot and delicious! Thank you! ❤️

Great staff & excellent coffee! Came thru this morning with the baby, dropped my coffee and made a mess, but the staff was soo genuinely caring & thoughtful about it!! Will deff come again!! 5 stars ⭐️

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW… the staff works like they are stuck in molasses. I have ordered a half dozen times at this point and for some reason it takes 39 minutes to toast a bagel. This place has a great menu, friendly people but they need to realize people HAVE STUFF TO DO, and don’t want to wait 10-15 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich and coffee, soooooo PAINFUL. To reiterate, they are the SLOWEST coffee shop in North America.

Battlegrounds is a cool little coffee shop right on the heart of downtown Haverhill. They have all sorts of fun coffee flavors and their own beans for sale. The baristas were very quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is a typical cozy coffee shop with couches and tables to choose from. We loved that we were able to sit on the couches by the window and watch it snowing while we drank our coffees (which were nothing too special, but were still good). We would come back here again if we were in the downtown Haverhill area.

One of my favorite places to go in Haverhill. The food is awesome and always made-to-order, and they have a huge variety of coffee, teas, and smoothies. They know me and my dog by name as soon as I walk in, which makes this place always feel like home!

Awesome little coffee shop with great service, great coffee, and a great atmosphere. The person working, Michelle, made a fantastic caramel latte. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

So, the manager had a baby and has been on maternity leave… and the quality has dropped… lately it seems that the people behind the counter don’t really care about the quality of service… but, i still want to support this company- I’m leaving this review bc i want them to be good again!

Great spot for coffee! Got a nice tea and an egg sandwich, both were awesome. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the Haverhill area. Next time I'll try the muffins!Thanks team
