Still the best option for coffee, breakfast, or lunch in downtown Haverhill. Just the right number of varied options to satisfy most everyone.

Had a cinnamon crunch hot latte , it was ok , I wanna emphasize that even though I ordered a hot latte it was more like lukewarm. The bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel was subpar, very bland,a little salt and pepper could've gone a long way. Also I don't know if they have packets of salt and pepper available or even ketchup but it should be included in the bag. The ambience just gave off a fancy Dunkin donuts vibe rather than a cozy,warm , homely feel that you would want in a local coffee shop. Also the menu board is super hard to read, you better have great eyesight or your glasses on when trying to read it. Maybe their iced drinks, pastries and acai bowls are more top notch ,will have to try that next time .

Lawful overcharge without customer consent. Came on for breakfast ordered based off menu, food was ok but for 42 I could have atleast gotten fresh cooked bacon not microwave bacon. Ask the cashier why was I upcharged this was not the menu prices she said she didn't know and she will ask. I paid 36$ for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 cold coffee drink. Do you not know it is illegal to up charge customers without consent and not knowing they are being charged? No wonder people are struggling in this community they are being taken advantage of from local businesses. Menu posted, video, good and receipt. Do better

Amazing food and staff, daily customer for 9 straight months, but a surprise 25% price increase turned me off.... $16.5 for a breakfast sandwhich and coffee is too high for me.... you can door dash a cheaper breakfast of same quality from andover.

Staff is very friendly and they work very well as a team. I'm really not a coffee drinker but I drink it out of necessity and they made my coffee perfectly! I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an English Muffin and it was fresh, hot and delicious! Thank you! ❤️

Great staff & excellent coffee! Came thru this morning with the baby, dropped my coffee and made a mess, but the staff was soo genuinely caring & thoughtful about it!! Will deff come again!! 5 stars ⭐️

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW… the staff works like they are stuck in molasses. I have ordered a half dozen times at this point and for some reason it takes 39 minutes to toast a bagel. This place has a great menu, friendly people but they need to realize people HAVE STUFF TO DO, and don’t want to wait 10-15 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich and coffee, soooooo PAINFUL. To reiterate, they are the SLOWEST coffee shop in North America.
