My recent visit to Bosa Restaurant was ruined by the bartender’s rude and unprofessional behavior. She was slow, dismissive, and showed zero interest in serving us. When I asked for a manager, she rolled her eyes and later spoke negatively about us within earshot of other patrons. This behavior is unacceptable in any hospitality setting. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place.

It was our first time visiting BOSA, and we were very impressed. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was great. Our waitress, Nicole, had just the right balance of professionalism and personality. The prices were reasonable as well. If I had to offer one opportunity for improvement it would be the bar was a little slow and parking was tough ( we had to park at the bank across the street) but other than that we had a wonderful experience. Next time we visit we want to bring our friends, they'll never believe a high scale restaurant is in Haverhill. I hope more places like BOSA pop up in Haverhill to make the city more appealing.
