I ordered $60 worth of food 2 chicken broccoli Alfredo and chicken wings and 2 orders of baklavas. When I got my food they forgot the chicken wings and baklava. Also the chicken broccoli Alfredo had little to no sauce. So I called the restaurant back and told the manger they forgot my wings and baklava . They said they will send it out when the driver gets back. I asked for a side of Alfredo sauce and the manger said he has no more Alfredo sauce that was all in the place. Then my missing items came back . The wings was so terrible. It was nasty they was so hard i thought I bit the bone but it was the batter they used. Horrible food! Waste of money

Brothers isn't bad its not the best either. Sweet chili chicken tender are delicious pizza is Greek style not the best but edible especially with a hangover. Chicken finger sub is good too.

cold food seems to be the theme of these reviews. wish we read them first. food took well over an hour and was like ice when it was delivered. salad was wilted, pizza cild, chicken cold and smelled like it had gone bad. when we called and complained the manager said "bring the food back tomorrow and we will refund your money"terrible customer service

Brothers Pizza provided an average pastrami sub & corn chowder in a pizza restaurant near Haverhill's I-495 exit. They have an extensive menu of subs and particularly soups (more than you'd expect in a restaurant in a strip mall), but I found the chowder I got was only lukewarm. The pastrami sub was O.K., but a little dry. You might do better closer to Haverhill's town center.

To all the readers.I work for Uber eats, I went to pick up the order at this place it was a big order already in a bag, and the order also had a 2L drink with it as well and it wasn’t in the bag already so I asked one of the person for a plastic bag, and the owner/manager told me to get out and treated me as if I didn’t even knew English. The exact wording were- “go go go from here, no bag, get out”. I was so shocked for a moment that why would someone would treat me like this over a plastic bag. What was my fault ? All I asked for a plastic bag. I’ve been delivering for doordash, Ubereats, Grubhub and I go to several restaurants in a day, never had any complaints or regrets.But this was my worst experience ever. I have to go to buildings and all I asked for a plastic bag because I had to carry that order to 4th floor.I don’t know about food, but food also comes with the good service. No wonder why he gets worse reviews, maybe he treats his customer the same way. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.I mean if you’re having a good day and wants to ruin your day, certainly go there to ruin it.Worst service ever.

I'm not familiar with Haverhill at all. Went here because it was convenient and the ratings were ok. Let me tell you....take the chance and GO! Just got a pizza and corn chowder and they're both delicious! I'll be back every 2 weeks when I have my meetings in the area. Fast service too! Thanks Brothers Pizza!
