Wanted to try a new ice cream shop, found this place through Google. My family and I absolutely loved the ice cream! That might be the best shake I have ever had.
The young lady that served us was very nice, customer service was exceptional! Highly recommend.

Customer service is great. The ice cream not so much. I ordered snickers blast. The snickers was very hard and tasted old. Very disappointed for the price.

Possibly the best ice cream I've ever had! (And I've had a lot!) All fresh made at the store. Got butter pecan tonight. It contained, by far, the most pecans I've ever had. We're on their alert system for our favorite - chocolate raspberry truffle. When it's made, we get a text to alert us that it's ready for sale!

Driving thru Haverhill one day, I saw the street-side sign for Bruster's and had to stop. Yes, it was the same great ice cream I knew from years back in Bridgewater, PA, where Bruster's started many years ago. Now I drive to Haverhill just to go to get Bruster's ice cream. So many great flavors!
