It's fast food so forgive the stars reflecting the nature of the business. I have a really great opinion of this place. The food's great if youre okay with being fat and the cost & service is absolutely reasonable.
If you want to spend a fortune go to Five Guys or or Chipotle. If you're on a budget you won't feel robbed at the BK Lounge, where you are the Kong and are expected to have it your way.
Vegetarian options: If you want an impossible whopper go for it, but it tastes like cardboard and shame
One time me and my mom went there for breakfast. I asked for a light mocha in my coffee. They screwed my order up with so much mocha. The mocha was 3 quarters of the cup. Another time was when I ordered chicken fries and onion rings. The onion rings i ate made me sick to my stomach. Then I almost vomited.

Just because they didn't make my burger as I ordered and i went back for them to FIX my sandwich, this RACIST employee insulted me and my people (Puertoricans) calling us "charros" ect, and that we just like free food ect. I wish I would've started to record since the beggining of her insulting me. I didn't want free food, I PAYED FOR MY FOOD. I just wanted it as I ordered it. I wanted them to make my sandwich right. Racist people shouldn't be interacting with customers (to be ofending them?) Then the Mexican frying the burgers also came up as well (too bad you can't hear them in the video, I thought it would b heard as they were saying that they hope the video goes viral??♀️..seriously, never again, puertoricans are not welcome at this BK cus they think "we just want free food.")

I was on bk 9.20.24 @ 9:27pm, returned as my order wasn't made as ordered. The employee decided to insult me, referring to us Puertoricans with bad Spanish Dominican words and saying we like to eat free food ect. At no point did I ask for anything free, I asked for my order to be made right. I PAYED FOR MY FOOD. I decided to record, an their attitude (a Mexicans and the dominican) was, "hopefully we go viral"... it's insane how Massachussets is getting ruined by people like this, who really don't want to work with respect towards others. I will not refer to all Dominicans or Mexicans as being the same (like she did with us PR) as even my Pastor is Dominican, and I have Mexican friends. My bp is so high due to this incident, ima have to go to the ER. Smh I am going to also call the manager or higher bosses dfntly
