Horrible service ordered multiple items. They managed to send 1 of the items and even that item was wrong. Seems unprofessional and lazy. Never ordering from here again.

I decided to try the whopper with brisket
I asked for no barbecue sauce, pickles, or ketchup

My receipt clearly says no barbecue brisket
I questioned that to the woman at the drive-through who could barely speak English

She said no, there’s brisket on it. Just no barbecue sauce.
To confirm, I said is the brisket already made with barbecue sauce in it? She said no.

I return home to find out that it’s just a hamburger patty with cheese and two pieces of tomato

No crispy onions no lettuce basically it looked like The stepped on flat hamburger with cheese

The incompetency is crazy at this store

You’re better off eating hotdog from 711

I tried to call and nobody answered the phone who is managing this place?

Was there on Sunday 8/10/25 around noon the manager (I beleive) was very rude. Hard to get their attention. When they turned around to talk to me it was to yell at me, and practically throw the food at me (whatever i know its not a great job) wasn't actually going to write this review, but when asking for her name (just to make her think i was going to). They all refused (pretended to not understand) and then threatened to call the police on me for stepping past an imaginary employees only line. Which is not even actually posted anywhere. So I decided to be petty and write it. Absolutely terrible service. Would not recommend or return 👎 Food was 🤢

My go-to spot for a quick bite to eat in the area. Not many people working at once, but they get my orders correct which I can’t complain with. Good selection and quick (enough) wait times.

Absolutely the worst service ever! Ask. Ask and ask for help, but they ignore you. Speak a little louder, a louder, and finally, they turn around and yell at you for hollering!!! They forgot my order. The shakes were melted and food was cold. I was even missing a sandwich that I ordered and paid for.

They seem understaffed. Food is always fresh and I mean always. Staff is fine, they aren't generous with the sauce packets. Not as knowledgeable of the coupon availability then I previously thought. But all in all satisfactory

Very disappointing experience once again at this Burger King next to Riverside park. Drive thru order (2 med fries & 2 8-piece nuggets) and 18 min wait. Two cars ahead and both customers shouting at the workers for their lack of customer service. Quickest thing the employee did was reach for the customers’ payment. When asked if the order would be out before my entire drive thru experience last longer than 20 mins, the employee mocked the request at which point I declined to pay. Will bring my business to McDonald’s (great customer service. Do better Burger King!

I gave 9ne stat because I order and drove home wich I should of check the bag before leaving the drive through but I figure I'll give them the benefit of doubt but when I got home I was missing 3 items out of 7 items I order so basically 13dollars I loss plus gas never again will I order from here if you going to hire employees in drive through make sure you hire responsible people not who ever you feel like it
