Very disappointing experience once again at this Burger King next to Riverside park. Drive thru order (2 med fries & 2 8-piece nuggets) and 18 min wait. Two cars ahead and both customers shouting at the workers for their lack of customer service. Quickest thing the employee did was reach for the customers’ payment. When asked if the order would be out before my entire drive thru experience last longer than 20 mins, the employee mocked the request at which point I declined to pay. Will bring my business to McDonald’s (great customer service. Do better Burger King!

I gave 9ne stat because I order and drove home wich I should of check the bag before leaving the drive through but I figure I'll give them the benefit of doubt but when I got home I was missing 3 items out of 7 items I order so basically 13dollars I loss plus gas never again will I order from here if you going to hire employees in drive through make sure you hire responsible people not who ever you feel like it

I was inside and didn’t mind to wait, seems like it’s too much to have a hot burger or have people do their jobs now a days. No wonder it’s always dead the food quality sucks at this BK.

Went through the drive-through and someone on the intercom said pull up. Pulled up and the teller told me who told you to pull up. Was with my wife and she heard it too. Teller started arguing with me and said no one told you to pull up. I just ended up leaving didn’t come to Burger King to argue just to placed and order. Ended up going to McDonald’s. Horrible experience at this place. Will never go back.
Mozzarellas sticks sitting under the warmer so long that they were smelly and yes four pieces were fresh. Four pieces were so old so when that customer comes in and orders an eight piece mozzarella stick you can't give four old one shove them in a bag with four new ones and customers won't know this through it away. Wasn't an edible at all. The only thing good there is the chocolate chip cookies because they actually make them fresh

Flys and ants literally everywhere, they were crawling on me all the time and one almost got in my drink!completely disgusting and tables weren’t even clean. Food was good though.. I’d hate to see how nasty it is in the kitchen.
