Cakes By Erin is fantastic!!!! We hired them to bake cupcakes and a cake for our wedding. The cupcakes looked absolutely adorable and they were able to accommodate all of our requests. Everyone loved them. The cake was also fantastic. I did a strawberry ganache flavor which is something I have never had, I was so shocked by how flavorful the cake was. Thank you all so much. We can’t wait to use Cakes By Erin for future occasions!!

These cup cakes look like they are pure sugar, and I'm not sure how they do it, but they do not have that super sweet sugar taste in their frosting. It's so much better this way! We will be back again and again.
