Cakes By Erin is fantastic!!!! We hired them to bake cupcakes and a cake for our wedding. The cupcakes looked absolutely adorable and they were able to accommodate all of our requests. Everyone loved them. The cake was also fantastic. I did a strawberry ganache flavor which is something I have never had, I was so shocked by how flavorful the cake was. Thank you all so much. We can’t wait to use Cakes By Erin for future occasions!!

Loved the custom service, yummy cup cakes and communications by everyone we dealt with in getting a special, one of a kind birthday planned out. These cup cakes look like they are pure sugar, and I'm not sure how they do it, but they do not have that super sweet sugar taste in their frosting. It's so much better this way! We will be back again and again.

One of the cake decorators/employees is extremely rude to potential customers. She openly mocks potential customers laughing at them publicly for their opinions. I would never do business with this bakery. There are so many others to choose from. Employees are quite immature, rude and unprofessional. So sad for this bakery.
