At the end of the day, it’s a chipotle. The food is pretty good especially for the money these days. The real star with this place in particular is the awesome staff. They always hook me up with a good healthy serving when I ask for extra anything. I never get skimped and they’re always so kind to me. Give everyone in this place a significant raise

Today I walked in (easily because the door was open) went up to the counter to order dinner, immediately noticed the influx of flies all around the signs and food preparation stations. I then promptly walked out and ordered nothing. It’s not acceptable to be preparing food that flies are crawling all over. I fear for the online order people and hope you don’t send too many to the hospital. Do better! I’ll never be back. Warning to all!! This place is filthy

I ordered online. I arrived before it was to be ready. 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready I watched an employee make my burrito. He then made another order and put my burrito in their bag and gave it away. When I brought it up he told Me I was wrong. After 30 minutes of waiting he told me my order was still not ready but would not give me the time of day to show him that my order would not come up on his computer because he already made it.

We did a catering order for 20 people. The food was hot and fresh when we arrived to pick it up. Everyone loved almost everything. The only downside was that the guacamole was not fresh. We had to throw it away as it was dark dark gray.

My family and I placed an online order and got two bowls and one burrito. All of the food items were supposed to contain veggies and there were none to be found. Everything in the bowls and burrito was not proportionate at all and we barely had any protein. There was also a mix up with the rice and we received white rice when we had ordered brown. It’s a bit frustrating because of how costly chipotle can be and I want to be able to enjoy the food I ordered.
