I went with friends to the Haverhill, MA Chipotle on a Wed. night. The store was well staffed and efficient. But the place was beyond filthy. The tables and floor were covered in food and debris, the garbage was overflowing, and the bathroom was nearly as bad as a long-neglected porto-potty. (And the food was poor to mediocre). Beyond disappointing . I would never go back.
Parking: crowded and narrow due to the cluster of other businesses and narrow driveways.

I order a bowl with steak as the protein. The steak was so chewy and sinewy that I picked it all out and threw it away, disgusting. The other ingredients were good, but that steak was gross!

Awful service. I ordered delivery on the app and my order was canceled with no reason provided. I called customer support and was told that I could only get refunded for the price of an entree when the order total was $23. So they basically stole money from me and I have no recourse.

It was my first time there. I must say I really enjoyed it. It wasn't cheap but it was very good.
The food is so amazing and delicious. But the interior is disgusting. There was pieces of food on every table and the trash was overflowing. I had to just go home because eating there would have been gross.

I've frequented this location dozens of times usually the issues are minor but this was the last straw. Stale chips, no red sauce available, missing ingredients on one of my bowls...and worst of all while both my bowls were piping hot the chicken on both was ice cold. Not room temp cold ice cold Completely lost my appetite, what a waste of 42 dollars. Trying to contact customer service and getting the runaround now.

Worst of all the chicken on both bowls was ice cold while the rest of the meal was still warm. Let me make sure you understand what I'm saying...not room temperature cold ICE COLD. Lost my appetite completely what a shame because I really like chipotle and this location ruined it for me.
