The food is very delicious and the portions are reasonable. The service is excellent. The person who served me was very friendly. Ashley is excellent. This is one of my favorite restaurants. I recommend it.
Sorry to say I walked out of this chipotle before ordering anything because I watched the cashier make food, use the computer and start another customers food with changing her gloves. That’s just gross
Today they were running out of everything. I felt bad for the people working behind the counter but how do you run out of the main ingredients for burritos at dinner time?
We did a catering order for 20 people. The food was hot and fresh when we arrived to pick it up. Everyone loved almost everything.
The only downside was that the guacamole was not fresh. We had to throw it away as it was dark dark gray.

My family and I placed an online order and got two bowls and one burrito. All of the food items were supposed to contain veggies and there were none to be found. Everything in the bowls and burrito was not proportionate at all and we barely had any protein. There was also a mix up with the rice and we received white rice when we had ordered brown. It’s a bit frustrating because of how costly chipotle can be and I want to be able to enjoy the food I ordered.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I came in with a BOGO offer and asked if I could place my order online (as required by the promo) and just have them make one of the bowls since the other was already prepared. Instead of helping, an employee named Ashley was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had no interest in finding a solution. She insisted I had to pay for a third bowl and offered no clear explanation.
It wasn’t about the money, it was the attitude. She made me feel embarrassed just for asking a question, and her lack of basic customer service was honestly shocking. I’ve never been treated this poorly at any Chipotle before. Management needs to seriously address how customers are being spoken to at this location.

Service is honestly irredeemably awful at this point. Food is not proportional NOR does it even have the right ingredients more than half the time. Had a friend who made a mobile order, sat in the store for an hour (while regularly checking in if their food was being made), and ultimately left without their food or a refund because they weren’t being served. Also, mobile orders are thrown aside BEHIND the counter and customers have to reach into the employee space to grab it. They made two bowls for my order which were quite literally the right ingredients for both of them just mixed around between the bowls. I just want my chipotle right bro :(

Now I know Haverhill is a very big spot for Mexican and Spanish speaking workers, but when I went here, the person at the counter did not understand anything I said. I asked for queso blanco on my rice bowl, but he douced it with sour cream instead. I can't say it's impossible however, as I did hear another front end worker speaking just fine. I would be rating this spot lower if it wasn't for how surprisingly clean the lobby was. Compared to other locations, there was a lot less trash on the floors, but a lot worse service. Probably wouldn't recommend this spot to friends.

Ordered a quesadilla with honey chicken, but it came with steak instead. I can’t eat steak!!! That is unacceptable!!! Also, our burritos had no fajita fillings as we ordered. Terrible place to eat. 0/5 stars.

Waited 40+ minutes for an online order that had no meat in either of the bowls I ordered and I used my free queso rewards and guess what, shocker! They were out of queso and so I didn’t even get my free queso! And I was also not told they were out! Had to wait for my 20 minute car ride to find out that nothing in my order was right!
