Food is mediocre, below average at best. I’ve tried a bunch of different things and continue to be disappointed. Staff is decent.

I was really excited to try this place, I checked out the menu before hand so I knew what I wanted to try and had an idea of the cost. The atmosphere was great quiet, clean and roomy inside. I was alittle underwhelmed by the food. The fries were OK but very dry tasting, the burgers were okay seemed like a struggle for the condiments on the food there was little to none so it left a dry, blandness even with my hot dog, the quality of the hot dog itself and hamburger is good it was just the ratio of the ingredients for me that made it hard. Could of just been the day as I also saq lots of good reviews, I would definitely try something else and stop in again, I love the creativity of the menu and the options.

Everyday after school my son insist to visit the craft dog deli, i decided to take him to dine in on Sunday 4/21/2024 i very kindly asked the gentlemen taking my order if they had chicken fingers and his reply was that i had the menu in front of me which i found very rude for response. For a minute i thought about just stop ordering and going somewhere else. But i decided to give a try and support a small business. i change my mind and decided to grab the food to take out instead of dine in best choice ever!!! We paid 60 dollar for 2 cheese burger and 3 plain uncooked hotdogs. Cheese burgers and hot dogs are not even grilled they are basically just microwaved bread is not even toasted. If you are charging someone 60 dollar you at least need to try and put more effort into your business if you want to keep it open and keep people coming in. Foods was horrible services was horrible and very pricy unfortunately my kids didn’t eat the food it all end up in the trash including my 60 dollars specially in this difficult times!! I wont personally go ever again or recommend it. I rather go to five guys for cheese burgers.

Christmas dog with mac and cheese side very tasty
Heard about this place on Facebook and i’m so happy we tried it for lunch! Hidden gem off the beaten path of Haverhill’s downtown area. I got the Mac and Cheese hotdog, and my friends got the Boston Bean dog and Pulled Pork dog. Everything was delicious! The staff at the front counter was so welcoming and friendly, explaining the different options on the menu. Place was bright, clean, and played good background music too. I was so full, wish i had room for one their desserts! I’ll definitely go back and i would recommend for anyone looking for something new!

Wrong turn for me turned into the best turn of the day. I found this establishment and it was clean and looked nice . We went in ordered several different items, that were all delicious and on point. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is great. The place is extremely clean and the prices were exceptionally well. Great job At the Craft Dog Deli. The owner is a nice gentleman. I fed 4 people for less then 50.00

Got a regular chicken filet sandwhich and a “Christmas” side (kelbasa, pineapple, and cheddar), total was $17.66. I was a bit wary of the price of the sandwhich at first but given the portion size of the filet it’s definitely worth it. Plenty of space and tables in the place. The owner was very respectful and made sure that I felt comfortable. The sandwhich was great, and very filling. I wish there was a picture of the “Christmas” side because I had honestly no idea what to expect and while I got what it said, I’m a visual person and it definitely sounded better in my head ? (it was still good, just not something I would usually order). Overall everything was great and there’s a huge menu variety of hot dogs and sandwhiches, I will definitely come back to try some of the other things.

Delicious and very filling ?. Dave the owner is very kind and Elias is the best hotdog chef around. You will leave satisfied. The Ruben dog is amazing!
I went to this restaurant with high expectations and the first thing that caught me off guard was the price almost 8 dollars for a hotdog is a lot of money for a hotdog but I said why no, I’ll give it a shot. As I watched my hotdogs come out of the microwave oven, I was taking back.. not steamed, not grilled, not boiled microwaved! I said at least the buns will be toasted.. I guess expecting a grilled roll with butter was a little much. I guess the owner was very nice very accommodating service was 5.0 on a scale one to five but the food unfortunately I wouldn’t go back too expensive, and not enough forethought into the product that was being produced
