Was hungry so decided to order dominos. Food was horrible and gave me food poisoning. I was not greeted at the door and was just given the pizza without eye contact no appreciate for the customer i do not like them

I have three gift certificates because FOUR of my recent Domino’s orders were either completely wrong or never even delivered — even after the app showed “delivered.” One of your drivers decided not to knock, not to call, just leave with my food.
The only bright spot in this mess was the amazing corporate rep, Sophia, who was actually helpful and mailed us three gift certificates. They came today — and at the bottom, it says delivery is accepted. But when I called, the guy on the phone said pickup only. Whatever.
So now I’m forced to do pickup. Fine. At least this way I’ll actually get my food. I placed the order online for pickup, but somehow there’s still a delivery fee showing up on my pickup order. Wow — being charged to waste my own gas?
Decided to call the store, and now I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes… and counting.
The Haverhill store has completely turned me away from Domino’s. Might honestly be my last time ordering.

Went to order a cheese pizza with extra mushrooms got home and realized real quick that the pizza had little to no cheese on it. Took it back and the woman was immediately rude. Stating that there was cheese and extra mushrooms. I was sincere but she just wanted me out of the shop. It was almost like she already knew the problem before I walked in and didn't want to do anything about it. Definitely not going back to the Haverhill location anytime soon. Was a lot better when it was a church.

I love Domino’s, but I wish I lived near a better one. Maybe 20% of the time I’ve gotten an order that was exactly what we ordered. Very often, sauce is missing from pizza (as in entirely), products don’t arrive, incorrect products come instead of the right one, and EVERY single time, the pizzas are cut to the point that I need to re-cut it myself. Either they’re cut horribly unevenly (giving razor thin slices next to slices that are almost a quarter the size of the whole pie), cut poorly so they don’t separate, or both.
I give them credit for prompt delivery, reasonable prices, and still being better than a lot of local pizza (which is both shocking and devastating). Delivery drivers are friendly and never struggle to find my apartment which is pretty inconvenient to get to.
I’ll keep going here because it’s Domino’s, but good lord do they need to get it together.

Our company put in an order this week for over 7 pizzas, four salads, and more. One of the salads came completely inedible, all the lettuce was brown with a brown gelatin/sludge sloshing around. The others were beginning to brown. In addition, we received no dressing for any of them. I returned to the store, the employees were nice and helpful, took my business card, the gross salad and let me know the manager would be in touch to work on a refund. The manager has not been in touch and has not made any effort to remedy this. Avoid.

Just received my order, 2 medium pizzas, cinnamon sticks, garlic knots and it came nice and hot and fresh!. BUT what I loved the most was how great the delivery drivers customer service was tonight. He was so nice. Very informative about some stuff on the dominos website! Great convo, great service!

Placed an order, the app put the wrong address. I called the store to correct the address and was told it was fixed, while waiting outside for the driver to come for 30+ mins. After waiting another ten I called. They said they came to the re-adress and called the number I re-gave them. The person I was on the phone with first put the wrong number in and they did the address wrong again as I was outside the whole time they claimed the food came. Recalled upset and got attitude back. Awful service.

I order a regular cheesee pizza first came out full of bubbles and no cheesee than the second one a few minutes after complain about and the second came out burn plus the driver after call just left the pizza on the ground didn’t even wait a second to leave it like that what kinda a service is that last time ordering there worst service and quality. Deliver ugur you have made the worst delivery ever.
