If you like sitting at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, when there is not a single other customer inside or at the drive thru, cone to this dunks. It's a regular occurrence at night. Employees too busy on their phones, or dancing to the incredibly loud music.

So my drink orders not crazy weird but I get it all the time and no one’s ever rude about it. I just substitute milk for cream in my refresher and the employees laughed in my face and walked away to tell his coworkers. Then I was waiting for my drink and I’m fluent in Spanish but I don’t look like I am, so they were all talking about how gross my drink was right in front of me in another language not knowing I could understand them and looking and laughing at me it was such a crazy experience. Like don’t come here unless you wanna feel like an idiot for your drink order, feel like management should talk to employees about decorum

Waited at drive thru for a solid 10 minutes with nothing from the speaker, went inside the employees are odd and off putting. Not terribly upset just confused why everyone is so weird. Weirdest dunkin i’ve ever been to never gotten laughed at for ordering before.

Went at 630 pm, the only person in the store, ordered a pumpkin spice latte, got a ice coffee w butter pecan flavor..smh do not come here unless u want your order messed up. These kids clearly arnt trained. To make things worse when we pull up to drive thru, the kid is doing g squats at the window..smh.there was a time dunks use to be good.. what has happened everyone here needs to be fired

This is the worst place! I would leave no stars if allowed! The past couple of times I've come and waited over 20 mins at the window, just came back after a long break and again, sitting at the window, was asked to move to the 2nd window and after a longer period of waiting, I was asked what we had, when he came back to the window with coffee, I was asked if they looked right! I'm so aggravated, that this probably doesn't make sense but to sum it up, don't come here! Save yourself time and aggravation and go somewhere else!

After waiting so damn long to be served it’s a blessing that they can actually make the orders correctly. Average location just like all the others around.

The food and drinks are exactly what you would expect when ordering from dunking. The service offered is usually quick and professional in the drive thru. The parking lot is too small and definitely not oriented well for its location and volume of business the drive thru receives, but that is my only real complaint.

Ordered thru Grubhub. The coffee was so bad I had to dump it. Your coffee should always be fresh. It tasted disgusting!!

I have been going to Dunkin every morning for years. But Since they released their white supremacy commercial I will definitely not be buying from them. It’s disgusting especially considering the many POC workers they employee. It’s disgusting. There are plenty of local coffee shops that support the communities.

You guys are horrible its this location I prefer my coffee lighter so I make sure to let them know ahead of time and pay for the extra milk so why is it you guys are still handing out swamp water like its embarrassing you can’t comprehend something that any other location can. Let alone I purchased two butter croissants why am I being handed two sausage wake up wraps. Truthfully its either incompetence or a language barrier. Its sad I am unable to simply get my coffee and breakfast made correctly before going into work that im paying $13 for its crazy there should be a requirement to read and speak ENGLISH fully. Your making orders and messing with peoples money you should have somewhat of an understanding of the language at least enough to do the job correctly its ridiculous I was there at 7:50 it was not busy so that’s not the issue re train your employees to follow instructions especially when the customer is PAYING FOR ALTERATIONS IN THEIR BEVERAGES and its not some crazy order it’s 6 oat-milk and 6 caramel in my coffee “I like my coffee light I will pay for extra milk” was my exact words with two butter croissants….not complex or crazy extremely simple instructions. Only came here because main st was out of oat-milk. So idk if you guys were being a smart ass giving me coffee darker than me 😂 but still charging me for milk and giving me two sausage wake up wraps but there is definitely something wrong with this location
