I pretended to be frustrated about the price of an item at Dunkins to test the manager's professionalism, and I was impressed with how she politely broke down the pricing and handled my concern. not knowing I write reviews for Dunkin’ incorporation.

The what seemed to me to be there manager there is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever met. 2 days in a row I go there 2 days in a row my order is messed up and she catches a big attitude with me over there mess ups. So wrong someone needs to do something about her attitude issues or she shouldn’t be in charge

At the Drive-Thru, the attendant is in a bad mood every day. We don't understand anything he says because he seems to be sleepy every morning. It's incredible. He's unhappy and dissatisfied. Other people need to be given the opportunity to work. They need to receive training and have a standard of service. I know it's hard to work with customer service, but if we're working in whatever field we need to be grateful.
.... the only reason I frequent this Dunkin Donuts location is because it's closest to my home. But that's not because the service is great or the employees are top notch. Far from it. It's basically one manager and a bunch of young people presumably teenagers. The manager spends her time literally screaming at them because they're aimless. Going 100 miles an hour in circles. The worst it seems to get is when one employee stands among the chaos absolutely still doing nothing while orders fall behind and customers get angry and impatient. The manager literally has to scream at everyone to include her.
This place has "closed due to the entire staff quitting" written all over it. It's just a matter of time.
Not saying it will happen but don't be surprised if it does. I suggest you have a backup plan for getting something to eat if that location shuts down. I exercised that option more than once the last few years.
Parking: nobody really stays there unless told park in a space by the manager when some idiot customer is indecisive on what they want to order backing up a driveway line
Kid-friendliness: kids are there when parents bring them
Wheelchair accessibility: never seen someone in a wheelchair but it seems like an easy access

Have been grabbing dunkins more often lately. I've been going to a few near my work, the coffee has been drinkable, let's say that. I was coming back from grabbing a friend at airport. So I pulled I'm around 4:20AM??️?. The Latte was fkn delicious, the sandwich was great, and hash browns as well. Yeah it's not gourmet. But it made me go thru all this! 11/10 rock n roll crew.

Nice place. Very slow. Lots of seating. Not a large variety of doughnuts. I asked for two doughnuts of different types. And they didn't have them I had to settle for another doughnut that I really didn't want.

So I'm new to the area and figured I'd go to the closest dunks why not? What can possibly go wrong ? let's see the girl with braces who is Caucasian I'll never forget because she stole my cars ash tray I gave to her full of change (which I did feel bad for usually I tip but was struggling) she took my ashtray never gave it back last time I was there mind you it's clean I don't smoke in my car using it today I ordered 2 ice coffees and one hot all large I wasn't given a receipt at the 1st window which I can careless for but when you give me an attitude questioning my 2nd coffee I ordered asking for a receipt it's understandable but the guy at the mic had more customer service and common courtesy I felt like I was getting customer service in roxbury massachusetts from her specifically everytime I go there which is why I stopped tipping nvm going to that dunkins unless I have to it's highly unprofessional my ash tray alone for my car is 5$ because my car was discontinued so now I have to hunt for that and deal with an angry whiney little girl who hates her job or her life but it's not my problem if you don't like your job or your life go change it no customer should be dealing with her anger management problems personally think she needs counseling aswell I was a manager at a hotel and I fire at will for that type of behavior definitely not spending 20$ there again for this kind of behavior

This location is absolutely horrible for getting an order correct. 2 day's in a row handed the wrong order at 5:15am not really a busy backed up time. I would recommend skipping this location for another unless your good with potluck from what you actually order for breakfast and can hope what it cost you is equal to what you got in the bag. Horrible location and I never write a review or knock fast food people or stores.
