The staff don't seem to care okay enough I experienced. The food was good. It's a little rough atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is not safe. People drive crazy in and out. I would not bring someone there in a wheelchair or who needed close supervision like young chidren.

The nastiest coffee I’ve ever tasted in my 23 years alive. Idk if my tastebuds are used to rich puertorican coffee but honestly my day was so ruined I don’t think I’ll ever visit a Dunkin again.

Was attended by a female with a freckle face At the drive-through Yesterday 11/20/23 In the morning, Ordered my coffee at the window I decided I would like a couple packets of Stevia and some extra creamer at the window and I was delivered with the worst attitude I’ve ever been delivered at a Dunkin’s before. She was very rude, and it was a alot of extra effort for her to turn around and get some Stevia packets and a couple creamers out of the bin next to her. She belongs in the back working or in the warehouse, Not serving customers upfront! I do not recommend this place and I will not return.

Not only was I served a coffee with a dead fly in it a few weeks ago (stopped ordering their hot coffee after that) today their speaker was broken at the drive through. There was a hand written sign saying to pull up to the window due to the broken speaker. So I did. After waiting a few minutes a lady in a blue shirt who looked like she was attempting to fix something on the ceiling yelled (with her back turned to me) "we are obviously fucking busy, go around" while waving her hand towards the next window. I waited, surely she wasn't speaking to me like that. Then a male opened the window and she again, said "we are busy obviously.. GO AROUND!". I then asked her what her problem was and she continued to yell at me. I explained what the sign said and she then told me to "go inside" because she was busy. I told her she was being a bitch and left. I will not be back, this was absolutely the last straw with this place lol. I know she doesn't care if the customers come back or not.. but I'm sure the owner will. I'll go to the other dunks down the street from now on. I don't recommend this dunks and me and my fiancée will not be back. To that lady: go fuck yourself lol
