The coffee is terrible and the attention is not worth mentioning, if they don't want to work, give the opportunity to people who are interested in working, please check if things are expired.

The breads and bagels were all undercooked and the service was terrible. They should do more inspections and put professional people to serve people.
At 7:30 PM on a rough road trip, I stopped in Haverhill, MA because I needed exactly 2 things - a restroom, and a bite to eat. Somehow the first three places I tried could not offer both of those things. So shouts out to this Dunkin location for having open bathrooms and selling food. Not only that, the bathroom was mostly clean, and the food was adequate and served quickly. As for the rest of Haverhill, MA: congratulations on somehow being a worse than average Massachusetts town.

This place doesn’t even deserve a half a star. Nasty lady with a very nasty attitude was at the register her name tag said Tammy. I ordered two iced coffees with caramel, a pumpkin muffin that tasted so nasty the icing on it was not even the correct icing. Really did she really have to make my coffee she was spilling my coffees and stirring it so nasty that the ice and coffee was splashing out everywhere on the tap station. When she put whip cream on the coffees I was so disgusted.with everything and did not end up drinking my coffee. The wake up wraps, however, we’re fine, but just due to the customer service experience that I had, I will never come to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. The sad part is I work for Dunkin’ Donuts and I wouldn’t even dare treat a customer like that because without customers you wouldn’t have a job.
This Dunkin’ honestly doesn’t have a drive thru I moved to Haverhill and this my closest Dunkin’s and it’s the worse drive thru they always ask you to park and someone will bring out your coffee to you later the point of the drive thru is defeated ?

I stopped to use their restroom because the restroom at the Mobil next door had an Out Of Order sign on their restroom door and the young lady at Mobil’s cash register directed me to go here. I did purchase a tasty chocolate covered donut while I was there. The restroom was clean and the workers were cordial. Thanks!

Again just went here and I ordered tea and got coffee. The first time the cup said coffee so ok whatever but this time the cup said tea so for sure not my error. Tired if spending 5 bucks for something I cannot even drink ?

I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up, we ordered two strawberry frosted donuts, one glazed, one Boston cream, three hash browns, one omelette egg bites, and a latte. When we got to the window she asked us to pay a different amount than the amount of our order, we said you must have the wrong order we placed a mobile order and already paid (which we had already said through the intercom and they told us it was all set) She then handed us the latte, the hash browns, and the omelette egg bites. We told her we were missing our donuts, she asked us what donuts we had ordered and we had to repeat our order to her, then after we left we see that she only gave us one strawberry frosted donut when we ordered two, and the Boston cream was flipped on its frosted side so the frosting melted all over the bag, and she never gave us a straw or napkins. So now I have one kid crying because they didn’t get their donut and had to share with her sibling, a big mess to clean without any napkins, and a donut not even worth eating because there’s no frosting in it, oh and I can’t drink my latte because I have no straw! I normally never give bad reviews however I typically go to this Dunkin’s every Sunday morning and this specific location has messed up my order numerous times so even though it is convenient for me I will be going to a different one since they can’t seem to ever get it right!
