Unbelievably horrible. I asked for milk on the side for my tea and was told No! Only cream. i asked “do,you not have milk?” She replied indignantly It would have to be in a cup. I said OK! It was if i asked her to milk a cow for it. My sausage egg and cheese wrap was disgusting and cold I go to Dunkin’s for its consistency. Worst place ever.

I've been coming to this Dunkin' for over 4 years and used to love it, never had a single issue. But lately, things have really gone downhill. The service just isn’t what it used to be.
On several different occasions, I’ve ordered a shaken espresso and had to ask for it to be remade because it clearly wasn’t shaken, just stirred or poured over ice. What’s frustrating is that even when I explain nicely and ask for it to be shaken properly, they take it back and just return the same drink. It’s like they’re hoping I won’t notice. And when I do say something, I get attitude for simply asking for my drink to be made the way it's supposed to be.
This isn’t just a one time issue, it happens whether I use the drive-thru, walk in, or even place a mobile order. It’s disappointing to see this kind of inconsistency and lack of care from a place I’ve supported for years.
Hope the management can get things back on track.

I had one of the worst service experiences today. I waited for over 20 minutes for a medium cappuccino, and when I politely asked about it, I was completely ignored.
When I requested a refund, I was told, “You can’t have your money back—the manager is not here.” This is completely unacceptable.
Delaying a simple order and refusing a refund without a manager present shows a total lack of professionalism and customer care. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.

Ah yes, nothing says “start your morning right” like biting into a sandwich and finding paper as the surprise guest star. You know, Dunkin’, I think someone in the kitchen needs to get their shit together.
The good news? At least the paper wasn’t overcooked. The bad news? I’m not into eating napkins, order tickets, or whatever the hell it was. I came for bacon and eggs, not a bite of your to-do list.
Seriously, y’all quality control is not just a suggestion.

The coffee is terrible and the attention is not worth mentioning, if they don't want to work, give the opportunity to people who are interested in working, please check if things are expired.

The breads and bagels were all undercooked and the service was terrible. They should do more inspections and put professional people to serve people.
At 7:30 PM on a rough road trip, I stopped in Haverhill, MA because I needed exactly 2 things - a restroom, and a bite to eat. Somehow the first three places I tried could not offer both of those things. So shouts out to this Dunkin location for having open bathrooms and selling food. Not only that, the bathroom was mostly clean, and the food was adequate and served quickly. As for the rest of Haverhill, MA: congratulations on somehow being a worse than average Massachusetts town.
