Usually pretty good, mostly correct orders. Sometimes they don’t even try to get your order even partly right.
Went through the drive through this morning to get my coffee, ordered large iced pumpkin with cream and sugar. Drove up and they told me they “lost my order, it was a caramel swirl?” I said no and they asked again for what I ordered. I told them again. They gave me my coffee and I left for work. Fast forward my 15 min drive and I finally get to sip my coffee. Definitely not what I ordered. I checked do a label and found one. They gave me caramel swirl with oat milk. Not even close to what I ordered. I feel bad for whoever it was that got my coffee if that’s what happened. Moral of the story, triple check your order before you drive away. This isn’t the first time it happened to me.

If this is the one near intersection. The kid that took my order tonight through the drive through with glasses was rude, asked me if I was stoned, was laughing at me. Won't go back their again!

Coffee is made wrong every time! I only go to that one sometimes bc i work overnights so it's the only one open. Had to ask to remake it 2x
Usually this dunks is very good, but today was different. My total was $4.79 and I gave the lady $5.00. As im sitting there waiting for my change shes just staring at me with the "can I help you?" look. So I ask for my change & she rudely goes "really? Its only 20 cents" Imagine I go to pay for my order and give her $4.59 and tell her "oh its only 20 cents right?" Unacceptable behavior to think that she, a random stranger, is entitled to my money. Regardless, I drove off without my change after that interaction but its more so the principle

Seriously i go to about 10 different DDs regularly and this was is so bad. I just ordered a chocolate frosted donut and got a chocolate glazed instead. My warm food was not in the oven long enough. The order takes 2 minutes to make solo and the team here couldnt get it done. Avoid this location, the other 4 in haverhill are way better

Dunks has the $6 meal deal going on. This includes a medium coffee, hash brown, and bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I've given this dunks location 3 tries, as it's closest to my house, and every single time there has been no bacon on my sandwich... The deal is literally for a BACON egg and cheese. Sure this is a little problem but it's the fact the staff is so incompetent they can't even make a sandwich that is being advertised correctly. Do better. Cheryl is the only reason I come back here each morning.
