Drive through was very slow yet I did not have to wait in line. While waiting at drive through window, I noticed 2 bins of bacon sitting out of the cooler. I also noticed it did not seem very systematic inside.The person taking my order and handing it to me were very pleasant, and my order was correct.

No matter how many times I come back in here to ask for HOT or even REMOTELY WARM food, they never change. Whoever is assigned to making the bagels or sandwiches need to try the food they make. The breads are ALWAYS cold. Never slightly warm. Every bagel or sandwich me and my wife buy either has COLD CHEESE AND BACON and the bagels are HARD due to the cool temperature they’re served at. PLEASE DO BETTER…Donuts are always delicious and fresh. Coffee is made to perfection about 75% of the time, which is better than most Dunkins in the area… if you want a cold breakfast sandwich this Dunkin’s is your best bet.I’ve wasted so much time just coming back in after the drive thru to get replaced food resulting in us telling our bosses that we’re late because of Dunks.I want to run on Dunkin, not hate on Dunkin.
