Dunkin on River Street in Haverhill is, by far, one of the best around. The staff greet you with smiles and hellos no matter when you go there. They very rarely get your order wrong, but in the rare instance they do, they make you another one without any problem, still smiling. I have been to other Dunkins that should they get your order wrong they are nasty acting like it was your fault. Dunkins on River Street is the only one I ever go to.

As some others have pointed out, the service is largely dependent on when you go. This is a Dunkin' Donuts problem in general. A weekday morning before work they will make your ice coffee to perfection. I would not waste my money on the weekends unless you want a watery mess.

Doordash driver picked up the wrong order so I called the store since dd support said the store doesn't accept redelivery. Spoke with Ellen as she was covering the store. I asked if she could add what was missing to a tiny order which was only a couple of bucks and she sorted it out straight away andit was delivered very quickly. Dd also provided a refund for the mishap. One more reason why I love this location. If there's ever an issue they help sort it out straight away and their coffee, food and service is top notch as well. Thank you Ellen and team for your help today!

OHHH YOU GUYS DID A GREAT JOB RUINING MY MORNING.doordashed a coffee and 2 hashbrowns to my home before heading to new york this morning i received 1 out of the 2 hashbrowns i ordered and they were black and burnt.my coffee was great as always but seriously.stop hiring young folks to work they high as hell because no way you just gave a customer black and crunched hashbrowns like that.
