Dunkin on River Street in Haverhill is, by far, one of the best around. The staff greet you with smiles and hellos no matter when you go there. They very rarely get your order wrong, but in the rare instance they do, they make you another one without any problem, still smiling. I have been to other Dunkins that should they get your order wrong they are nasty acting like it was your fault. Dunkins on River Street is the only one I ever go to.

As some others have pointed out, the service is largely dependent on when you go. This is a Dunkin' Donuts problem in general. A weekday morning before work they will make your ice coffee to perfection. I would not waste my money on the weekends unless you want a watery mess.

Monday through Friday the people are the best but on weekends it the complete B-Squad on...they have no idea what order goes with what they don't speak up and tell you what they put on the counter complete lack of hustle
