I usually stop here for my latte on my way to work. Todays date 12/26/24 I guess the staff was not happy to be working the day after Christmas. They were incredibly rude, and this just because they couldn't knowledge that I was at the drive thru. A simple" yes ma'am, give me a minute it's ask it takes. If your personality lacks empathy, then this is not the right job for you. Ppl stop by before work, so they "running ", not to be late.

Stopped in for a coffee before I started my shift. It’s a convenient location on my trip with lots of room to pull in iff you drive a semi truck. It seemed very clean and the staff were pleasant. I had a good experience here

I usually go here everyday for my coffee and lately it seems like they are dropping the ball... today my ice coffee had what seems like toliet paper in the ice cubes? Did take pictures but wont allow me to upload them. Only pleasant part of going to this dunks lately is dealing with Christian at the drive thru.

I went to this store at 12:20 on 09/03/24, and I would like to start by saying the lady taking the order was not kind or patient. Secondly I waited here for over 7 minutes. Lastly I ordered a grilled cheese & bacon, and they gave me a regular grilled cheese with that terrible sweet snacking bacon. Maybe this dunkin doesn’t do the grill cheese with bacon, but I did not ask for this sugary snacking bacon. There is a big difference, and I would much rather not come back here again.

honestly, i don’t often complain but the lady at the window was incredibly rude to my mother when she ordered. my mom had ordered a black coffee with cream and sugar on the side and it was wrong, so she kindly asked to have it remade and the lady rolled her eyes and said “did you look at it”. then refused to make eye contact after my mom confirmed that she had. often, they mess up on orders and the staff isn’t the kindest. this is not a reflection on dunkin’s as a brand, just this location

Paid $14 for a cold sandwich, donut and burned coffees. They told our car to move ahead in the drive thru and then forgot we were there. Forgot the donut. Sandwich was cold. When I got the donut it was melted

Went through drive-thru one car ahead of me, waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order, large Carmel ice with milk. Drive up to window $3.84 gave him $4. Waited another 5 minutes as I watch 4 people talking then kid comes to the window with a water and a dark ice coffee, I said not my order as I try to tell him window closes. Another 5 minutes, kids says it will be right out. Finally a different kid who could hardly see or speak has my coffee, I asked why it to so long? His reply “it’s just” I said what ever!
Is everyone on something these days? No excuse to be able to work under the influence of anything. Where’s the management?

Twice in 2 days they have screwed up drinks. Yesterday i ordered a raspberry lemonade and the guy tried to hand me a half tea/lemonade, told him that wasn't what i ordered and he said yes it was. I said no, and then he looked at the sticker. Today i was given an ice coffee that tastes absolutely disgusting. Do better.

They’ve gotten my orders wrong multiple visits lately. I’ve also been given other peoples order on several occasions as well. The accuracy and service has gone down.

Great Place, The staff is really friendly. It's less busy in the evening and I like to take my laptop in at night and work on my computer projects. The people here always make me smile.
