They made my brown sugar shaken espresso, and I asked for light ice. But, all they did was just take out some ice and drink so it was halfway filled. Then, they didn’t add the 3 pumps of brown sugar syrup to the drink, so it was just coffee and milk. Horrible.

Very nice service they have a drive thru restaurant was clean and nice food tasted good and had good selection. Food took a little bit long to get otherwise was nice. Hot chocolate was very hot but tasty.
Parking: They have parking lot that was empty at 8:30pm might be busy in the morning

From Oct 2024: I had started going there again because things had improved. The girl working the drive-thru in the morning is wonderful (I hope they can keep her.) That said, not sure what kind of coffee I got today but it wasn't pumpkin and it tastes weird. I hope this is a fluke and we are not regressing. From 5 years ago: They screw up my order, generally every time I go there. Usually I can fix it later, but a couple times I've had to go back and have them re-do it. I may just stop going there altogether.

I was asked to wait at the second window for a doughnut. I waited 7 minutes before going inside and finding all the children working here all just chit chatting pretty sure they forgot what a job is. This place is a joke that isn't funny. If you have to stop here I'd suggest fallowing my advice.1. Check your food and taste test your drink. I once ordered a large hot latte only to find out 3 minutes later after getting in the highway that I paid for steamed milk.2. DO NOT pull up to the second window to wait for them to finish your order. You are not obligated to do so, and there is a good chance they will forget about you.3. Don't argue just ask for your money back if they start being difficult.
This Dunkin' Donuts has improved dramatically since Jonathan and his team took it over several months ago.It is always clean and orderly, the food is fresh, and Jonathan and his staff deliver excellent service....always prompt and polite.It's the only Dunkin' Donuts that has croissants that are baked correctly; other locations overcook them terribly.I highly recommend this Dunkin' location. Try it and you will be a steady customer.

Staff was very rude especially blond kid who seemed very flamboyant. Did not take my order correctly and took him 25 minutes to get an order for three people ready when there was only one other person in there. He was very rude and snappy when I informed him the order was incorrect and refused to fix it.

I worked at this location and the whole upper management team was a joke had a dm that let that twig manager get away with so much watch out HE LIKES TO USE Expired items this place I would not recommend at
