Please toast the bagel. I got a sausage, egg and cheese on a plain toasted bagel specifically said toasted and this is what I got.
Ps: the window help could be more pleasant and professional

I go to this dunks a lot because it’s on my way to work. They average about 15 minutes for four vehicles every time. It’s not very efficient and sometimes when I get hot coffee it’s tepid by the time I get it.

Three separate times in the last few weeks/months I’ve waited 5 minutes at the driver thru speaker waiting for someone to take order. All three times I just gave up and left.
Each time there was no one else in line, it’s not like they were slammed with customers inside and out at the drive thru.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me three times, shame on me for thinking fast-food was fast…what a joke

Depends on the time of day. If you go in the morning, you’ll get one of the best coffees dunks has to offer. If you go after noon, you’ll be getting the slowest service of any dunks and lucky if the drink is tolerable.

Maybe it really depends on time of day that you go, but my experience during weekday morning was very poor in terms of customer service.
The staff member at the first window gave quite an attitude when asked to repeat herself because I could not make out what she said over the telecom. Then when asked to clarify, you as the customer get the attitude and sass in return. Secondly, I wasn’t given all of my order and when confirming at the last window before leaving (this was drive through), I was given the wrong items, again with sass and a bit of an attitude and this was a different staff member!
I get that not everyday is going to be a good day for people, but when you’re the face of customer service, regardless of what industry you’re in, how you treat your customers is going to determine overall business and revenue.
Don’t see myself returning to this particular DD or recommending to others.

Service is a negative zero. Order multiple drinks and ask for a tray they bring you everything then hand you a tray on the side. They constantly screw up the order and the staff have the personalities of dead moths. There is food and trash all over the floor visible from the drive up window. Hopefully the board of health shuts this place down.

The worst Dunkin’s to ever go to the service is bad, the employees are rude, they get the whole order wrong and even get the donut wrong, It took more than a half hour to get a mobile order and they still gave me the wrong order, they are also VERYYYYYY SLOW!!! If I could I would give a -100/10

Unfortunately worst location I’ve ever been to, consistently gets my orders wrong, slowest even when there’s only 2 people in drive thru and no online orders, every time I order a coffee they manage to lose the coffee and take 10 minutes to get my order back out to me. I visit this location because of how close it is to me but will be driving the farther location for better service. Unbelievable.

If I could give them 0 I would! Some of the worst service I've ever had before! I used to go all the time before they remodeled and that crew was nice.
Now the new team is not friendly at all and very slow! I ordered only 2 donuts and it took almost 10 minutes, with no line and maybe a 2 people inside.

They were open early when McDonald's was not, but advertised that they were. And I am so glad because dunkin was way better.

I knew I should've gone to my usual on River st. Horrible service, the guy taking the orders was rude from the beginning. Never told me where to pay. Was waiting at the first window Noone came, then went to the second window in case it was there, he starts yelling out the first window, then goes to the 2nd window and you'd think he would take my card and just charge me there.. no, he tells me rudely to back up to the first window and pay. Once at the 1st window I tell him what my confusion was, but he just takes my card and doesn't give me a receipt. I'm assuming because it would say my order # and allow me to review but that's ok it's also on my coffe 7531. On top of all of that my order wasn't even right. I would avoid.

Extremely long waits in the Drive-Thru only one car in front of me pulled away without ordering. Extremely confusing at the order station extremely rude and then not one word from the woman at the window not even a hello didn't give me a straw with my drink walked away. And then left my sandwich at the counter finally someone brought my sandwich over. That person actually could speak and actually said something like have a nice day. Where's customer service and a terrible experience will not be back
