I waited 18 min for 2 ice coffee nine of those minutes I waited for somebody to speak to me on the intercom then after my coffee was made and already purchase they made me wait longer just so they can take the next person's order of seeing I wasn't waiting long enough

It’s almost impressive how bad this dunks is but today was a special kind of bad. I watched five cars leave the line behind us as well as the car at the window leave empty handed even though they paid after waiting 20 minutes. Our order was wrong and our change was absolutely short. This isn’t really a complaint because I know well enough to avoid this one at all costs (my husband wanted coffee) but if you want to go for the human experience of watching absolutely everything be done incorrectly then here is the place.

The coffee was watered down, absolutely disgusting to drink. The Hash Browns We're all thrown in together and created one big mold. The staff was friendly. I wouldn't recommend coming here for fresh coffee or food.
Just went to this Dunkin's for the last time and sadly I live right down the street so it is convenient. Two days in a row, same woman got my coffee order wrong and I reinforced what I wanted when she read the order back to me. Both times still wrong. The first time, I ordered a large flavored decaf. I got a medium non-decaf coffee and had to give it back to be fixed. The second time, there was no label on the cup and I asked if he was sure it was decaf and it wasn't. Waited at least 10 minutes to get a corrected cup of coffee. The lady who took my order both times was the rudest person I have ever come across. She was so short with me and nasty - I was speechless. If I hadn't paid, I would have driven away. I'm sure she remembered me returning my coffee the day before and just didn't like me for sending it back again. I have never been treated that badly. I am not leaving because of the store, I am leaving because of her. I bet she'll lose you a lot of business. Getting coffee is a very picky process for me because I get horribly sick from caffeine so I always have to ask to confirm and make sure. You can be sure after drinking the second cup of coffee, it was not decaf and an ER visit was a close call because I was so sick. I'm thinking she walked away with the coffee and brought the same one back because she was so nasty. i will drive further into town to get my DD sandwiches and beverages. She is a huge liability to this store. You never know what health issues people have and on the rare occasions I risk getting coffee, I pray that they care and understand. Not this place - just the rudest woman I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I went at different times of the day hoping she wouldn't be there but as luck would have it, she was. She should be fired. This is the Dunkins next to the little mall that has a flower shop and nail salon.

Where to start.. first service is really bad. The guy at the drive-thru window is super slow, and you can barely hear what he says. For 2 coffees, they ask you to wait, and when they give it to you, it's either cold or the cup its dirty dripping coffee.

I love going to this dunks/gas station! The employees on both sides are so nice and friendly! Even when there is a line you never have to wait long! Its a very family friendly store!
