I don’t usually care to write reviews but after the customer service I had received today I thought I needed to share, I went to my local dunks this morning and made a order but I messed it up and I went up to the window and spoke to Carlos about me messing up my own order and asked if he could fix an he made me feel like I was not a burden to ask and was very happy to do it. That’s the kind of service I would love to see more of…..thank you again Carlos!!!!!!!

I went here at 7:30 on a Tuesday night I ordered hash browns and I was told the ovens were shut off when in fact they don't close until 9:00.
