ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND I WAS WITH MY KIDS AND WIFE AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO OUR OLDEST SCHOOL CONCERT SO WE WANTED TO BE FAST I GOT A HOT COFFEE AND A DONUT TO MAKE IT FAST THEY THEN AT THE WINDOW RUSHED ME AND SAID THEY NEED TO BE FAST EVEN THO IT IS 6:30 PM THEN HE GOT MAD WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW AND GAVE ME ADDITUDE STORMED OFF LEFT THE WINDOW AND I HERD HIM TELL ANOTHER EMPLOYEE “ IM NOT GOING BACK TO THAT WINDOW “ MIND YOU MY WIFE WORKS FOR DUNKS!!!!! AND WE WAITED OVER 10 MINS FOR A HOT COFFEE AND A DONUT MADE US LATE! ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WERE BEHIND US IN LINE LEFT

Every time I get something from this dunkin it's terrible. Last week, didn't give me part of my order & n9 cheese on my sandwich. This week my sandwich is burned so bad it's inedible. This is the worst dunkin in the area

I was at you this drive thru yesterday at approximately 3 in the afternoon lat me strat by saying I’m there every single morning the crew is amazing in morning I ALWAYS LEAVE TIP as I am a server but I was sitting waiting to order for like ten minutes no lie so I pulled up to window and a young black man ca E to the window eating as he talked to me unsanitary and Rudely said ah yeah the way it works here is you order there i politely explained I had. Den sitting there calling out hello hello no answer finally pulled up he said well go back or get coffee somewhere else closed window on me ! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN PLENTY OF PLACEA AROUND I’m over 60 years old I will not allow a 20 year old to treat me that way rest assured I will put it out there I o. Social media so everyone can see how rude he was

This is the only Dunkin in the area I trust to actually get my order correct! Even when that drive thru is wrapped around out to the street their delivery on food items and coffee is always consistent!! Thank you for making my already hectic mornings easier 🫶🏽

Also to follow up most of the staff workers there are rude an disrespectful an never listen to your orders right an rude in return I here them all the time swearing an saying things to them selves about customers they don't wanna deal with after there mistakes
They suck at making drinks right. If you want the size you paid for dont come here they also dont ever fill it to where theyre supposed to. Coming from an old Dunkin employee i dont recommend. They also just leave u sitting at the counter for a good 5 mins at least or till they dont have drive thru with a whole shift.

Came here at lunch here working in the area croissant was good , frozen coffee with mocha was terrible not mixed correctly too much of something and not enough ice and had a chemical taste threw it out. It's a do not return do not recommend.
