Lid wasn't put on the hot coffee right, causing it spill burning my daughters hand, causing her to drop it on the ground. She went back in to ask for another and they said there was nothing they could do. Zero stars.

Every time I go there there’s a problem this time around they took my order and they charge me only to let me know after three other people were waiting for the food that they didn’t have what I ordered available. They only told me it wasn’t available after they charge me and after they asked me to park the car at the curb.

always takes at least 6 minutes on a customer and very disrespectful and rude, you will be charged for the wrong order and they are incompetent in coffee making and food serving. they will try to rush you out with something they know is wrong because they don’t want to remake it or don’t have the right one available. rarely remembers straws.
I'd like to say Carlos (a worker) was very helpful and quick at work Everytime I go there he's always been helpful and I asked if he was manager with the professionalism and to my surprise said no lets just say hope u have him making ur coffee cause its best around !

I enjoyed the iced coffee the barista was attentive and kind. Unfortunately the other two workers were very vocal in their complaints about not getting their tips. It was very irritating. I wish I knew the names of the two girls so I could report them accurately. If corporate asks for more specifics I will relay what information I have available. I wish workers would keep to themselves about the personal problems. I understand work can be stressful, but they were so obnoxious loud, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I discovered this Dunkin'when I was looking for the Bradford Rail Trail. One of the access ♿ locations is next to this Dunkin'. I ordered through the app a Mango Pineapple ? Lemonade ? for my walk on the rail trail. It made my walk enjoyable.Very friendly service. The inside was in good condition, including the bathroom! WiFi available.The parking ?️ lot was empty. I don't know how the staff feels about people using the parking lot for the rail trail. I made a purchase too, hopefully, allow the use of their parking lot. I was unfamiliar with this area of Haverhill and I was looking for parking for the rail trail.I recommend this Dunkin' !
