Food took forever, which no longer makes this place a “fast food” restaurant. There was no coke in any of the machines and I was not told that when I order my drink. The place was filthy! Not one single table was clean! The floors was full or food and trash. Worst five guys I have ever been to. Will go to another location next time.

Parking: Plenty of free parking spaces.

The restaurant was empty but it still took 20 minutes to make a couple burgers. They forgot the cheese on my double bacon with cheese so I gave it back. Instead of making a new one the kid just shuffled some cheese into the burger and handed it back. What kind of lazy service is that? Not only that the bacon tasted burned and old. They also forgot to make my shake and I had to ask twice for them to make it. Mind you, this was all infront of the manager who was completely indifferent to the situation. Y'all are throwing. What a terrible five guys.

I think far too many reviewers below are being far too nice to the crew of misfits here. The service and atmosphere were just okay. Food was absolutely lacking at this location. Fries were clearly cooked in old oil (company cheaping out on oil replacement, lazy workers) as they came out looking dark brown and burnt, which is not how properly cooked fries are supposed to look or taste. The burger was good but not great, the bun was soggy, the mayo was super runny, which means it's old and separated!
Gross!
I like other Five Guys, but the people at this location in Haverhill off RT. 125N need to step it up when it comes to quality, considering it's $20 for a burger and fries WITHOUT a drink or shake. Step it up or find new jobs.

Vegetarian options: You will eat the meat.

Dietary restrictions: Don't overeat.

Parking: There's a small lot in front but, a very strange exit it's right in front of MA/NH RT. 125 and shares five intersections so getting out is treacherous when busy s be very careful.

Kid-friendliness: Just let them loose, thriw peauts at the staff, who needs discipline or consequences.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
