Ordered take out for a senior... Fishamajic stay away from this frozen nightmare. Burger was simply okay. But from the phone order to cash out ... They are understaffed this is the reason for the disorganized situation. Got my ice cream first and waited another 20 minutes after I arrived and had to ask for my dinner order after ten min had to ask to refreeze my ice cream 🍨 sundae.. waited another 15 minutes and asked for my food again. This was hastily was given my order and I had to ask permission to get my sundaes out of freezer. Hence why I didn't leave a tip. Overly priced senior meals... Maybe just stick with ice cream next time because that's what made the meal. Please hire more staff please

Yeah this Friendly's is not the one to go to. Service was terrible. We waited to get seated for about 10 mins. Meanwhile all the teenager staff kept starring at us like we had 10 heads. We finally sat down then waited about 20 mins for a server. Food was all messed up, food finally came and it was gross. Waste of money and time.

Waited to place our order. We Waited a long time and saw ppl that ordered after us get their food first. We didn't place a large or fancy order so we didn't understand why that happened. Got our food and it was cold and it wasn't ice cream! Granted they def were short staffed but no one vocalized this or anything. Wasn't fabulous and yes I know it's friendlys.....

I just got food poisoning from a BBQ chicken supermelt and Vienna mocha chip sundae. Will not order from here again.
To start the restaurant smelled like poop. There was mud on our booth. Then I ordered a BLT and it was just basically bread. No bacon and wen I asked about the bacon I was told yes that's all u get. Then I used the bathroom and it smelled even worse. Under staffed and don't care too much about there customers

Pre-wooded MY order on the app so it would be ready when I got there which it was. It was already ahead of time. Everything was on point. Every one of the staff that I counted was super nice and sweet. I’d recommend going to Friendly’s Better be that you want a Sunday or you want food.
