Yum! Loved the Corpus Crispy and brussels. Summer in downtown Haverhill at it’s most fun 🎈

G’s is for: “Geniuses” WOW! Everything here is executed flawlessly. Matt and Denise really have cultivated a vibe like Cheers! or Friends here where everyone knows your name.

The food is top notch, seasonal niceties that make you stop and appreciate life for a moment to their signature fries that’ll drag you into the crematorium and make you cry - they’re so delicious. The drinks are to die for, too, their new watermelon tequila cooler is a creation meant for consumption. The beer list is solid and their craft rotations are on-point and perfect for their food.

The food? Unreal. I had their new Cluck-A-Tron tonight and let me tell you - it’s DELICIOUS. Taryn, our waitress, was kind, attentive, and really just a fun person who was super empathetic. Matt, the bartender, is a jovial, thought crafter who creates the best cocktails. Thank you all!!

Run. Don’t walk. G’s! Now!

Let’s start with how friendly EVERYONE that works here is…the restaurant is welcoming, cozy and lovely.

The food is amazing, the drinks are well crafted and the atmosphere is welcoming and dog friendly on the patio.

After walking by this establishment many times, I can only say I wish I experienced it sooner!

Was visiting family from out of town and came here for an early dinner. Our server was so nice and gave us great recommendations of what to order. The cocktails were great! We also got the wings and mac n cheese, chicken fried chicken and steak. All were super flavorful! The wings fell off the bone and the steak and chicken were perfectly cooked. It looked like everyone at the bar was having a great time watching the Celtics too! All in all this was a great restaurant, with great people and I'd love to go again next time I'm in town!

Listen my mom is almost 70 years old and I don't think I have ever taken her out for dinner somewhere where she loved absolutely everything until now. She didn't have one complaint. When we walked in the door, the atmosphere was so amped, we loved it. There was a DJ with a whole mixing board and everything, if that's what you call that thing. Everybody was having a great time, it was loud but perfect. The drinks were wonderful, we got some fancy drink with an infused strawberry Tito's, that was really yummy. The queso dip came with way more chips really than we needed, but we appreciated that, and they did not get wasted because we took them home. We got the cure burger, we were a little bit sad that there was no brisket left that day, but all is forgiven because the bacon was really good. And we also share the smoked chicken wings, which made me want to go buy a smoker after I left there, so delicious, I like the dipping sauce, but I didn't even really need it that much. And everybody was really nice the service was really fast and good, she had great suggestions. Everything came out timely we had a lot of fun. We can't wait to go back and try sosomethinglse.

I got the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts.
The sprouts were burnt beyond edible. (Under the chicken)
The chicken had a flour gravy...no taste!
The mashed potatoes were ok!
I was very disappointed! And would not return.

Went with another couple here.We made a reservation so we were sat quickly .Our server greeted us quickly and was attentive with great personality .One in our party order a bowl and thoroughly enjoyed it .The chicken fried was ok.Chicken cooked perfect but gravy was blah and brussel sprouts were really over cooked.Brisket platter was ok .Brisket was tender and tasty chorizo wa good with a smokey taste but the sides really lacked.Coleslaw was dry and bland ,Mac and cheese was watery and bland.Scallop and pork belly appt was ok.Scallops we're perfect but pork belly was lacking also.Drinks were well made and tasty.

Staff was very nice, fish tacos were good. The short rib... I'm not sure what to say. I had to ask the server if he gave me a steak (a tough steak) by mistake, but apparently it was short rib? Bizarre cook on something that should be soft and tender.. it was like a giant poorly cooked steak tip. Wanted to like this place as it was our first time, but it was disappointing.

My husband and I went for brunch Sunday and I have to say…. Service was great, drinks were great and so was the food! The food was unique and delish! Everything was fresh and all questions we had were answered with a smile as we had a great waitress. We can’t wait to go back and try more!

For a place that has southern cuisine their fried chicken should be a lot better. Mac and cheese was also mid.

Food was amazing. Barbacoa basket as a main meal and for apps had the Brussels sprouts with goat cheese as well as the scallops/pork belly dish. Fantastic all around.

I have been here numerous times before- but I brought my dad and my step mom here for my dad’s birthday dinner- their first visit. We ordered smoked shrimp cocktail (my fav), hush puppies and scollop appetizers. For dinner we’re had the short rib, chicken and waffles, and the flat iron steak. Everything was excellent. Service very good. Owners are involved and friendly. My parents were very pleased and I was really happy happy to have suggested G’s. Worth a visit if you haven’t already!
