Haverhill House of Pizza and Subs

Two strikes so far. A couple weeks ago ordered a veal parm. when I got home it was a chicken parm. Today ordered a steak and cheese with peppers and onion and the bottom was loaded with pickles. Not sure if it was the person on the phone not understanding or the person in the kitchen not reading it right. I always make them repeat the order and there was no mention of pickles. 🤬

After having a horrible day all I wanted was a delicious steak bomb but that's not what I was given. I don't know who they got in the kitchen but they threw a ton of tomatoes on the bottom of my sub and no mushrooms I've never eaten a steak bomb like that and I will never eat one again it was so wet. Terrible sub

Ordered pick up over the phone. I ordered small cheese pizza, broccoli bites and onion rings. When she asked small or large I asked how much and the lady said $9 something! So I said large because she said it was 9. Small cheese 10 onion rings 6 and broccoli bites 9. She didn’t give me a total on the phone so I had to call back and she said $36 that didn’t make sense so I figured I’d ask when I got there. I arrived and sure enough she said 36! I asked why she said Amal bro oil bite is 9 and it’s 8 more for large and already had them made I told her I only had enough for my order that I placed and they litterally took the box back took out like 12 broccoli bites and handed me the same thing with 5 in it! Not to mention all the food was freezing and pizza was not cheesy instead the cheese was coming off in a whole thick piece- do not recommend at all.

Horrible! Just horrible! Lied about $ over the phone and food was stale

Have been here before service was great but today 5/26/2025 cashier was rude and unprofessional and also noticed she changed me tip which I didn’t approve I notice but rather walked away and never come back!

Unreal pizza 🫡

I've been coming here for as long as I can remember. Food has been consistent for all that time. The two brother (I think) have been here forever. One of them is super nice and the other is like the soup-nazi from Seinfeld. All business but the food is good so can't complain. Pizza and steak bomb are my favorites.
