Excellent donuts, fair prices. I purchase a dozen at a time and freeze them. It's great to be able to grab one if you can't get out. The best of course is the fresh just bought ones.

Got charged $9.06 for a bagel just cut in half and a large iced coffee. It’s usually $5.86 each time I go. Definitely got charged for the wrong order or just overcharged in general. I know it’s only a $3.20 difference, but it’s annoying. I’ll still give them 3 stars because they rarely mess up any food or coffee in an order. But really, get the right person behind the register at the drive-thru.

While visiting New England, I was told that I needed to check out Heav'nly Donuts and they did not disappoint. Since I was a first time visitor, the staff was happy to recommend the most popular for me to try. I will definitely be returning if I'm back in the area.
3rd time in a row over the past 3 weeks I’ve received a bacon egg and cheese with semi-raw undercooked bacon. Unfortunately I see this as a byproduct of the managements inability to lead or hire decent workers. Making a really good bacon egg and cheese on a bagel breakfast sandwich is practically formulaic at this point. Employees always seem stressed out uttering cuss words and take it out on customers. Just screams poor management overall. If you can’t staff your place with decent employees it means it’s time to pay them a little bit more bub. Can’t respect any business who hires the lowest common denominator when there’s a sea of people looking for decent paying jobs with respect to cost of living right now.

This location is great..every time I get my uncles large coffee 4 cream 4 sugars & honey dip donut, they know it's for my uncle & give him a second donut free.

Very disappointed, this was a go to place for large muffins at a reasonable price now they are half the size and 25% more in price. Muffins also have half the ingredients my cranberry orange mufin had 2 cranberries in it. Must be a new owner or a money grab by the current owner but i will no longer be going out of my way to get muffins here again. Its disappointing that people continue to charge more for less.
