Absolute trash this location always has the app orders turned off a few times a week that offers better prices so then you go in person to ask for the same thing and they tell you they don’t have that offer in store so you end up having to spend an extra $17 instead

Orders 12 soft tacos and an order of nachos fries, food took about 20 minutes, the soft tacos were all cold and a seems old, the fries were freezing and stale, they had 4 people up front not sure how many in the kitchen there's no excused spent about $40 dollars just for the food to be thrown out

We order KFC on main street Haverhill for our Christmas party tonight. They didn’t have enough chicken to fill the order so we had to settle chicken tenders . We got the food back to the party and no way was it enough. We figured by the time we go back to the store they would have made more chicken cooked well no they didn’t bother so we bought more chicken tenders and they didn’t have enough they didn’t tell us that they stuck popcorn chicken in with the tenders.now keep in mind this was a meal for twenty seniors. I looking around the room and noticed the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. No apologies at all they really didn’t care. No senior Christmas party dinner. I don’t know what the issues are with your store but you really went down hill fast . Shame on you for the gross undercooked food. If anyone gets sick you’ll be hearing from lawyers and the board of health. We are out that money. If I’m not mistaken that’s elderly abuse

I ordered tenders and when I saw them they looked raw, colorless and had a bad taste. I also asked for buffalo sauce and they gave me another one. Bad service.

Not sure what’s so hard about getting an order correct and providing sauce. Every time I have ordered from here, my order was wrong in some way and I have never received sauce EVER. (I’ve ordered through grub hub) I get making mistakes every now and then, but there’s an issue every single time.
