My first experience at Kobe was awesome. The food was amazing customer service perfection but I went there for my daughters 18th birthday and noticed that the cooks are all Hispanic, which nothing wrong with it but the food horrible not the way it’s supposed to be cooked. still great customer service the cook was awesome. Very nice. He made my daughter’s birthday very special, but the food I give it zero stars . Pretty disappointed because it is so expensive nowadays, especially paying $300 for food that hardly any of us ate. Hope they can hire the right cooks to cook that type of food and then I’ll be back.

I was part of a party of 15 for the hibachi experience. The service and atmosphere were ok but the guy cooking didn’t pay attention to some of the requests of his customers; my steak was served to me well done instead of medium as I requested. I left the restaurant feeling sick and vomited my meal when I got home. A TOTAL WASTE OF $40!!!

Place sucks . Bad food. Bad drinks cant even make a white mai tai. Suggests there own tip, but you cant choose what tip, because it’s already included in the bill. Tables Are dirty & not cleaned while being waited on.

Food was great and insane value for how much you get! Drinks were a little pricey and seemed very small, but overall place was great and will be back.
Foods always good but the host today at noon was horrible. I was picking up some sushi, She was laying down in a booth talking on her cell phone as I waited at the counter. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and was patient. After 5 minutes of waiting I walked to the bar and told them I'm here to pick up my take out. He said he will be right with me and that someone should be at the counter. I went back and the woman was still laying there then finally hung up and told me sorry. She went and got my take out and did not include any sauces or chopsticks. So I ate sushi in my work truck with my hands and no soy. Couldn't eat the salad or miso. was to late to go back I had already driven down the road.

Got takeout from here so I can't say much about the environment except from what I saw. It has a chic/modern vibe. Would love to dine in at some point. For takeout, I got a bunch of assorted sushi/rolls and a drunken noodle. I loved the sushi, but the drunken noodle was not drunken noodle. The noodle was stir fried nicely but the flavor was not there. Idk if it was a fluke, but i think maybe ill stick with the sushi for now!

Excellent experience last night at Kobe Buddha House! Incredible service, excellent food with tons of flavor, and a nice modern vibe inside the restaurant. I would consider this place a hidden gem in Haverhill Massachusetts. The hibachi station here is a must! Be sure to give this place a try!
