Every time I try to just stop here for a coffee they can’t even figure that out. Made the mistake of ordering a biscuit. How do you mess up a sausage patty on a biscuit? Just don’t waste your time here. It’s like old food quality with new prices.

Do not recommend. The food is always lukewarm and you can tell it’s old. Cold floppy fries and dry old meat on the burgers. I dropped my drink and the manager tried to tell me it’s not her problem and she can’t make a new one. She acts like it comes out of her pocket. She made it though, and if she hadn’t I would’ve walked in there myself and done it because there’s no way I’m paying 5 dollars for not getting a replacement. We’re all human and accidents happen. And she’s trying to protect the funds of a multi trillion dollar corporation while she gets paid 17 dollars an hour.

I had a wonderful experience at store 16500 on August 27, 2025, around 730-830 PM, thanks to Awilda Gonzalez. She went above and beyond to ensure my drive-thru order was accurate and took the time to explain how to properly apply my coupon, kindly letting me know that I needed to spend a little more to qualify for the discount. On top of her attention to detail, Awilda was incredibly friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with when I pulled up to pay. Her professionalism and joyful personality truly stood out, and I sincerely hope she receives recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you so much and I really appreciate your help, Awilda!

This location is by far the worst in the area. They constantly cannot do their job which should be very simple. It's a pretty basic thing. Just follow what's on the order. If an item isn't available they should be notifying the customer instead of just putting whatever they want in the bag. They're also very rude.

This guy with a goatee at the second window at 2:50 am was just sitting there and he saw me i had a mobile order he just sat there on his phone while i had my window down for 10 mins waiting for him to respond he finally decided to help me and walked up to me Nodding his head like i was doing something wrong how is the company allowing this to happen im leaving work just now and he is like that in the clock whats mcdonalds say in this?

However, the one in salisbury mass has a very nasty manager. You need to train him to have patience and manners.

Easily the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. Waited a long time for a McDonalds to come to our town. There were a lot of teething problems at first, but these are to be expected. A few months down the line, there is never food available at the window. Always have to park in a bay to wait for food, 20 minutes is the least amount of time we have waited. Food is luke warm when it arrives and order is very rarely correct, always something missing and have to go to window to complain. Manager just tells you they are extremely busy even when there is no one in there. Won’t be visiting this branch again, would sooner drive 30 minutes to our next nearest restaurant.
