Ordered 2 meals thru app and it was brought to the car missing both fries and the sandwiches were cold

No matter how much time I give this place to order ahead they’re still never ready to give me my food. Doesn’t matter if I let 15 minutes or 20 minutes go by. Get it together guys. It’s not that complicated.

No complaints. Always a vibe here. Employees are very kind whenever I pay a visit. Always greeted with smiles and a positive attitude. Today I had just finished my meal and was kind of entranced on my phone 😂 and a kind young lady came up and asked if she could take my tray for me. I would have totally done it myself but thanks so much hun 👍🏻 😁

Been to too many mcdonalds to count in my time as a customer. This one is by far the greatest I have ever stepped foot in. From the fries to the burgers and DO NOT ever pass up on the holiday pies. Everything is truthfully magnificant and a cant miss experience. All of my praise to the Mcdonalds working crew and franchise owner!

The MANAGER AS YOU WANNA CALL IT TOOK MY BAG OF FOOD AND DUMPED IT IN THE TRASH AND SAID OH THIS IS THE FOOD YOU LEFT ON THE TABLE . MY FOOD WAS STILL IN THE BAG AND SHE STRAIGHT DUMPED IT IN THE TRASH. THEN HAS THE NERVE TO TELL ME SHES NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HER WORKERS TOUCHING MY STUFF AND THROWING MY FOOD OUT

On two ocassions, I placed online orders (pick-up) 1st time, the rep. Told me I did not pay for what I ordered despite having my receipt and card bank charge, the supervisor that night in Spanish stated "Just give him the food he's just trying to steal it" as I am trying to explain to the drive thru rep. what I really ordered, they just gave me what they wanted... The 2nd time today 11/11/24 around 4pm placed an order, gave her the pick up code, they tell me nothing is in their system. I had left my phone at home as I live 2 corners away from the location and usually the code is sufficient. The supervisor proceeds to tell I have to go get my phone and show her the receipt, I go back home get the phone and she proceeds to tell me how my McDonalds app (THE OFFICIAL APP) looks sketchy, and how the receipt does not look as usual, are you kidding me ? As if the app itself can be manipulated. She tried to convince me that the order might of not gone thru if it was placed from a location too far to the McDonalds, WHILE I LIVE 2 CORNERS away from the location and have done this process before AND had the bank charge, she was just saying anything random to get me to leave, after a while of back and forth she states she will give me the food despite not having the order, and proceeds to request I let her photograph my personal cell phone in order to have proof of my "receipt". This is the 2nd time this location has made me feel like a THIEF for what ? 10 - 15 dollars, this is super unprofessional and no way to treat a customer, these employees are profiling people and assuming wrong doing when their system does not work properly. I am allergic to pickles and todays order had "No pickles" on the burgers and in the midst of today's back and forth, they didn't even have the decency to make the order right, so I couldn't eat it such a waste!. In essence I have been accused of being a thief TWICE. Worst McDonalds.

It was late at night and despite the long hours and extremely long drive-through the Manager Fernanda Was extremely kind and patient with me, took her time to take my order and when above and beyond and should be expected. I can’t fully attest to normal business, but I know that this lady and her staff were extremely accommodating and amiable, and I am truly very appreciative of her and all the kindness she showed me.
