Mediterranean Pizza and Subs

Got a chicken parm the other day. Was very good. Only thing stopping me from 5 star is the booths need upholstery work. A lot of rips in the seats.

Not the best I've had but not bad either. And delivery was fast the driver was polite. My order was correct ..good taste I got a steak bomb with jalapenos and banana peppers.

The quality and flavoring of the steak in the steak and cheese sub was weird. It did not have a good flavor. I ordered a side of ranch, and it's not home-made either and is the cheap re-bottled sour stuff. It was over a dollar to get a cup of it too, which wasn't worth it. Later that day, I also didn't feel very good. I'm pretty sure it was the steak with the way it looked and tasted. I'd steer clear of this place for the steak and cheese subs. Maybe some of the other items are better, but the kitchen cleanliness is questionable with how I felt after eating that sub. Flavor and food quality are the most important to me, so the fact the dining area was nice with nice staff didn't matter. The prices also where not very cheap either.

If I were rating this restaurant purely on the food, I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, over the last few months, it seems like every time that my dad and I order from here, there's always something wrong with our order. My dad ordered an Italian sub and specifically asked for it to be toasted in the oven, but when we got it, it wasn't toasted at all. Another time a while back, I ordered ziti and sausage with Alfredo sauce but they put tomato sauce instead, and now last night, I ordered the same thing and they didn't put any sausage at all. Sadly I think that we're done with this place; they need to do a better job of actually listening to what people are ordering and making it properly. Such a shame, because the food is really good if they actually get it right.

Counter woman (the kind of younger one, though aging fast, dark hair) is always rude and makes pickup unenjoyable. She made me go out to my car for the 10 cents I was under in 95F heat the other day. For ten cents? Another time I was there the same woman was crying and needed to leave the counter area and disappeared in a tizzy and felt no need to hide it from the customers. Food is also average to below average at best. The pizza is salty and undercooked. I only came here for simple sandwiches because it's around the corner from me but there are plenty of other better cheap restaurants around me too that are way better. I'm going to the place next door to spend my money as I've had it with this place.

The food is always fresh. Whether we pick it up or it is delivered it's piping hot. The portions are perfect. The staff is always very nice. It's my favorite pizza shop in town!

love this place! I have been coming here my entire life and even now will make the trip over to Haverhill for their food! The staff is very friendly and is always quick to great me and take my order. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu here, everything always comes out quickly and tastes great every time!

I order from here on the reg like everyone else always a hit or miss. Whatever I keep coming back. But tonight was special I was not at the pizza shop I was with my dog a Dalmatian she got off her leash an was running. Amanda that works at Mediterranean pizza on Kenoza St. Went Above And Beyond her job and helped me in getting my pup to safety. I hope the owners and managers realize they have a great staff member that cares for others, and potential customers and the community.
