I order from this place all.the time and give good tips. I called bc they sent the wrong item bc they updated their system and it put fries in instead of fried pickles. Just tried to explain the discrepancy but when the woman answered the phone she couldn't figure out what I was telling her. Im done spending money there I would never pay 8 for a LG fry. Anyway she didn't care to fix it so.im all set with ordering anymore

Had a horrible experience after spending sixty dollars through DoorDash attempted to reach out and couldn’t even get through to them at all.

Sorry but haven’t been here for a while Time I was last time I was here. I asked for a well done pizza and it wasn’t well done. It was soft three times away. This is the third time tonight soft the cheese was fallen off. You know what the guy told me that’s the way they make them no customer service at all no respect They suck.

Awesome steak n cheese! Their chix cutlet was good too.

Always my local go to for delicious pizza and good crispy fries! Superfluous fast delivery.

Got a chicken parm the other day. Was very good. Only thing stopping me from 5 star is the booths need upholstery work. A lot of rips in the seats.

Not the best I've had but not bad either. And delivery was fast the driver was polite. My order was correct ..good taste I got a steak bomb with jalapenos and banana peppers.

The quality and flavoring of the steak in the steak and cheese sub was weird. It did not have a good flavor. I ordered a side of ranch, and it's not home-made either and is the cheap re-bottled sour stuff. It was over a dollar to get a cup of it too, which wasn't worth it. Later that day, I also didn't feel very good. I'm pretty sure it was the steak with the way it looked and tasted. I'd steer clear of this place for the steak and cheese subs. Maybe some of the other items are better, but the kitchen cleanliness is questionable with how I felt after eating that sub. Flavor and food quality are the most important to me, so the fact the dining area was nice with nice staff didn't matter. The prices also where not very cheap either.

If I were rating this restaurant purely on the food, I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, over the last few months, it seems like every time that my dad and I order from here, there's always something wrong with our order. My dad ordered an Italian sub and specifically asked for it to be toasted in the oven, but when we got it, it wasn't toasted at all. Another time a while back, I ordered ziti and sausage with Alfredo sauce but they put tomato sauce instead, and now last night, I ordered the same thing and they didn't put any sausage at all. Sadly I think that we're done with this place; they need to do a better job of actually listening to what people are ordering and making it properly. Such a shame, because the food is really good if they actually get it right.

Counter woman (the kind of younger one, though aging fast, dark hair) is always rude and makes pickup unenjoyable. She made me go out to my car for the 10 cents I was under in 95F heat the other day. For ten cents? Another time I was there the same woman was crying and needed to leave the counter area and disappeared in a tizzy and felt no need to hide it from the customers. Food is also average to below average at best. The pizza is salty and undercooked. I only came here for simple sandwiches because it's around the corner from me but there are plenty of other better cheap restaurants around me too that are way better. I'm going to the place next door to spend my money as I've had it with this place.
