Found a metal ball about the size of a small marble mixed in the Singapore noodles. Thankfully I did not bite down on it and break a tooth. Saved the ball to show them…Their response, “you can have a free Singapore noodle next time you order from us”. What?! How is that enough? Should be offering huge apologies and next meal on the house. I guess it’s just the overall tone, like they didn’t care. What if one of my kids choked on it?!Food was okay. Lo mein was really weird. Too many other places that are equivalent food and don’t have metal balls accidentally falling into my noodles. Won’t be ordering from here again.

we just ordered at this place for the first time, we won't be ordering from there again. The good, the teriyaki chicken was good, the boneless spareribs were good and the spring roll was good, that's it for the good. the bad, worst lo mein ever, fried rice was clearly fried more than once it was so so brown, terrible, crab Rangoon was mediocre at best, the wrap was too thick and overcooked, chicken fingers were really greasy and the steak teriyaki was tough. very disappointed overall. we would not recommend. try Oyummy in Haverhill or Tea garden in Groveland or Wangs Table in Haverhill. They are a little more expensive but the difference in quality is night and day

New Moon Garden review! Work was very busy. Had it all planned out. Went to stop and shop and was all ready to make my Philly cheesesteak stuffed bell peppers for dinn dinn until I said "forget this, let's do Chinese" (had other choice words) so decided on New Moon which was my first time. Thanks to my previous post you all made this a very easy decision. We got L7 sesame chicken with white rice side chicken fingers. All white meat which it did state and it was delicioso! Not soggy still crispy perfect sweetness. Got an appetizer crab rangoon. They were not stingy what so ever. Filled perfectly. Had a slight sweetness from the onion which I absolutely love. Got The L17 lobster sauce with shrimp. These shrimp were huge and came about 5 in my order which was a lot. This was the best lobster sauce I've ever had. And I had some great ones through my time (that's what he said) the pork was nice and lean. No fatty parts. Also my first time ever having it with peas and carrots. It Was Devine!!! Came with an eggroll but I didn't think that was great. Too greasy for me. But no complaints. All the food was amazing and my whole family enjoyed it. P.s. next time I'll get the salt and pepper wings like many suggested. I'll definitely be back. My new favorite at home place for delivery.

Ordered a poo platter for one. The woman added another poo poo platter and more rice. When he went to pick it up she charged him for everything and wanted to keep his change. I called to complain she didn't want to put the manager on the phone. When he finally came to the phone we got nowhere. The food was lousy also. I will never order from them again

Food was terrible. They doubled my order, charged me And wanted to keep the change. I just thought that was what .y spouse ordered. Tried to talk to management, they finally got him on the phone and made no Headway. Never will oder from them again
Unfortunately after tonight they lost a loyal customer. My food was an hour late and cold! When I called to discuss the situation they were rude to me and made me feel that I inconvenienced them. Their idea of fixing the issue was to get a free chicken finger “next time”. I order takeout here once a week (over $50-100 dollars worth)and there won’t be a next time.

Because they was busy today doesn’t mean to give people old trashy food I have a stomach ache me and my husband and my kid too we had few spoon of the rice and noodles did it all disgusting .. if something bad happened to my kid u will have issue with me .. this is my last time to order from this place ..?
