The food was terrible do not recommend. They're expensive and the portions are tiny. The sauce on the pizza taste like canned sauce and leaves a taste in your mouth. And the meat pies were mushy and gross, and when I got mine it was still frozen in the middle. I went in with high hopes and left in disappointment.

R.I.P My childhood. Our beloved Napolis recipe is gone forever. When you first bring it to your mouth the sudden first taste and smell is there and the memories come flooding in! Then the nearly tasteless cheese and overpowered, vinegar?... taste from the sauce. Its a crying shame. Nice people but they ruined a legend.

A Merrimack Valley classic! Get a slice (or a tray!) with grated and lmk what you think! Maybe not for everyone, but get yours before they run out for the day and give it a go! Passed on from the Boomer Gen to their kids, I love Napoli's pizza! An all-time favorite!
Vegetarian options: No meat on grated slices... not for vegans.
Kid-friendliness: Yep!

I went there a couple years ago I do not like the vibe. But just recently went there and pizza with the mozzarella was great. Very nice people great food.

This place was a local treasure for years! Then it got sold a year or so ago. The new owner changed the light crispy dough for a commercial dough and made the slices smaller. Never going back. Sad, because I've gone here my entire life and I'm 54. Funny how every other owner made it work with quality ingredients but this owner is cutting corners. A Haverhill landmark has gone.

This place used to be fantastic! Now after the new owner took over it's a disgrace. Changed the sauce, the dough and the cheese to what tastes like cheap commercial ingredients. The dough USED to be light and crispy, the sauce USED to be flavorful as did the cheese. Now it's just GARBAGE! Way to take a local landmark and ruin it!
I'm a native of haverhill, I left home nearly 25 years ago now and I'm back here because I had to put my brother to rest yesterday and I haven't been to Napoli's in nearly 30 years and here I am and it's still the best place for pizza around here.

I grew up on this pizza. It's changed hands several times; different owners have tinkered with the sauce recipe, and the original cheese blend. This latest change in ownership has ruined both the sauce and the cheese. The sauce has no "bite" like it used to. Tastes like thickened tomato soup. The cheese is bland; it tastes like they took out both the Romano and the sharp parmesan. I ordered some shortly before they closed on a Sunday afternoon; it had been reheated, the crust was blackened on the edges, and it was dry and tasteless. It's a shame such a wonderful Haverhill tradition has lost its edge.
A Haverhill landmark and always a stop when I am back in the area. The sweet sauce, shaker cheese and thin crust are so unique and addicting. I prefer a fresh sheet vs the warmed up slices but it’s always good. Today the staff was telling me they will be celebrating 80 years next year and are currently with the 6th owner. They must be doing something right! I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to Mass next month.

0 for me. I’ve been going to this place for 10 years and it’s a new pizza maker named Nick who does drugs and kicks people out if he doesn’t like them. He refused me pizza because I personally know him and the owner refused to speak with me. Chad left and it’s been trash ever since. Lady who works there now is compliant with kicking out anyone the pizza maker has beef with. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. I had to go on a day Nick was not working and demand service if I’m not being banned and they served me. The pizza was freaking terrible. I don’t know what happened but don’t hire crackheads to make food. The business is plummeting

Drive down from Maine for the pizza I’ve had for years. The new owner has changed the recipe, and it’s not for the better. Not worth the trip anymore unless they go back to the original recipe. What a shame!
Disappointed new owners went back to the original recipe. NOT GOOD ANYMORE!!! tasted like cardboard with weird flavored sauce.
