Every single time I have gone for a pizza, everyone in there is so kind. Yesterday I placed an order for delivery- it resulted in it being an Uber delivery. The Uber driver ended up canceling the delivery. I called the store and told them I’ll just come and get it. Since the pizza was sitting there that whole time they made a new pizza and refunded me for the hassle. This isn’t the first time they have gone above and beyond for their customer. I’m trying to keep them in business as long as possible. THE BEST pizza and their employees are amazing.

The pizza is delicious but staff are poorly trained on how to handle calls. The woman I spoke to seemed miserable. She was short in her responses and came off rude!

If you don't leave at least a 20% tip they make a crappy pizza with little toppings and make you wait for it. Even if you call well in advance. It's no wonder so many of these stores closed. Sad to see this happen to a once great pizza chain. Pay and train your employees better! I won't be back.

Pizza was cold and dry. I put I wanted extra sauce. French fries were ice cold also. Chicken wings were good. Very disappointed!
The staff here is incredible, always willing to take care of your needs. The food and service is always great . Can’t wait to go back.
