Chicken fingers were really delicious. First time here, none of the menu boards (TVs) were on, and there were no paper menus. Was really awkward and the girl at register just stared at me. Finally just went on my phone to figure out what they had and just picked chicken fingers since I could obviously pick those. I would've ordered more becuase it smelled really good but I didn't know what some items were (not labeled) and the useless plastic "covid" barrier between her and I made it really hard to hear each other. Not sure if I'll go back, really hoped to find a good chicken spot.

The staff at this establishment is very friendly and helpful. Most of the times I have visited the establishment, they have treated my experience as a customer with great care and professionalism.
The food is of high quality, although somewhat expensive.
However, I do have a complaint about the owner's leadership. According to what employees and customers of the establishment have informed me, the owner is an authoritarian, self-centered and stubborn person who often insults and treats his workers badly. This behavior is unacceptable and can have a negative impact on employee performance and company reputation.
One of my favorite places to eat, the best food, but unfortunately very rude and bad customer service, today I went to buy my food as I usually do every Wednesday, and the woman who had been serving since I arrived was with In a very bad mood I started to order my food and for every thing I asked for she was annoying towards things, in the end when I wanted to pay for some reason that I still don't understand my debit card didn't work, (apparently a fault in her system) I tried three times and the card still did not work. In the end I decided to pay in cash, and she immediately tried to refuse to receive my payment in cash because I had already placed the transaction as a debit, (which is not my problem.) I just want to buy my food) and in the end I had to accept the money in cash and with a very bad attitude I didn't even mention an apology.

I think the most place in all of Massachusetts should review the prices, they seem to be a bit overpriced, 22 dollars for a plate of rice with beans and 3 pechurinas plus a can of Coca Cola and even a glass of ice they want to charge you.
