We like it here. The food is good, friendly staff. It’s a nostalgic place for us as we had our wedding reception here years ago. The atmosphere is still very old school classy charm. They have a fun bar with entertainment. Lots of seating, a solid meal with a nice experience.

We had a family reunion there and the place was nice the service was great I got steak tips that will cooked perfect I always ask for rare but some people overcook them they cook them perfect everybody else got pasta dishes and it was more than ample food on everybody's plate nobody complained

I have been a Haverhill resident almost my entire life and have been to the Roma many times over the years. We went here after my Dads wake and were treated horribly by the bartender. She was covering a shift for someone and was not happy about it, not only did she make this clear by complaining to any customer that walked though the door she gave us a hard time about having too many people in our party (there were 8 of us). We told her why we were there since we had 8 people. This was a hard enough day only to be made worse by the inconsiderate nature of this person. Needless to say my entire family will not be returning. We all have hard days but you're in the SERVICE business and the Service here was unforgiveable.
Excellent place for a nice lunch/dinner. Many mothers days, after event dinners and family dinners here! Great food great staff and overall a great establishment. Highly recommend

I’m so sorry. This place is literally around the corner from my house. I know it has a history here & I keep hoping it’ll improve! But, honestly, the food is average to just-not-worth it. Overly salty w/some appetizers predictably frozen (pretty sure) from the big restaurant distributor trying co. Meatball dry & also questionable (this is an Italian restaurant!). There are other choices in town, & close to me or not, historically Haverhill or not, I just can’t justify spending my money here. Cocktail good, service nice, but no.

We called in a takeout order, 2 chicken parm dinners and side salads. When we went to pick it up there were no salads. Ok, no problem, the hostess went to get them. She came back in a few minutes with the salads but then I realized there was only one dinner in the bag. I told her I ordered 2. She was very apologetic and said she would get the second one right away. Manager/owner was right there at the desk witnessing. So we waited another 10 minutes for the second dinner to come out. Got the second dinner and went to pay but the manager/owner said “ you’re all set”. Comped both dinners and salads!! I was totally surprised!! He said it was their mistake so dinner was on them. Phenomenal customer service!! I did not expect that at all. Thank you Roma!! ?
