Went for lunch, love the new look white tablecloths etc very classy. Greeted by Colleen hostess very nice. There was 2 of us ordered martinis excellent, head bar tender walked by asked how drinks were, if there was a problem he would correct it. We lucked out with the Best waitress ever, Jamie. She was pleasant, funny, so accommodating and professional. She went way out and beyond her service. It was the first time we had this waitress. We had pasta meals, the most delicious sauce, she told the head Chef Frank and he came out to see us, unbelievable. Just a few suggestions, lunch menu was abit pricey, for the price you don't get anything with your entree, no salad, soup etc. also a few daily specials would be nice. Highly recommended.

The food was exceptional, very tasty. The service was excellent. Unfortunately the menu they show available on line is far different than that which they give you at the restaurant, as a result if you have a person older in your party with a smaller appetite they are forced into an expensive meal. They do not allow you to buy from their bar menu, nor from the children’s menu, nor can you order a luncheon portion. The menu has been redone and things have been dropped that many enjoyed, like the tour of Italy and the Seafood Fra Diablo. Overall the food was good, the dinner rolls very good and the waitstaff outstanding. It was disappointing when we had an issue that management did not make themselves available to explain the reasons for the differences between their online prices and menu, verse the in restaurant. Isn’t this like an illegal bait and switch?

We like it here. The food is good, friendly staff. It’s a nostalgic place for us as we had our wedding reception here years ago. The atmosphere is still very old school classy charm. They have a fun bar with entertainment. Lots of seating, a solid meal with a nice experience.

What a disappointment from what I remember from years ago. The quality and price of the food was disappointing. The meatballs were dried out and flavorless. In the past they were homemade and a good portion. The sub roll was stale it came with and the fries were inedible cold and salty. The wait staff were great though.

We had a family reunion there and the place was nice the service was great I got steak tips that will cooked perfect I always ask for rare but some people overcook them they cook them perfect everybody else got pasta dishes and it was more than ample food on everybody's plate nobody complained

I have been a Haverhill resident almost my entire life and have been to the Roma many times over the years. We went here after my Dads wake and were treated horribly by the bartender. She was covering a shift for someone and was not happy about it, not only did she make this clear by complaining to any customer that walked though the door she gave us a hard time about having too many people in our party (there were 8 of us). We told her why we were there since we had 8 people. This was a hard enough day only to be made worse by the inconsiderate nature of this person. Needless to say my entire family will not be returning. We all have hard days but you're in the SERVICE business and the Service here was unforgiveable.
