Food is pretty good but everytime I try and call to place an order there is a massive issue with their phone. It's been like this for years and it's at the worst it's ever been right now. Just got sent to voicemail over 10 times trying to order. Ridiculous, will never be ordering from here again unless they finally fix their phone, which I doubt will happen.

My first time ordering from Romano's (ordered online). Best pizza I've had in Haverhill! It is Italian style vs Greek style, which I prefer. They have topping options most other places don't (i.e. roasted red peppers, caramelized onions and more). I also ordered the onion rings - fantastic; thick and crunchy! Everything arrived hot and fresh, slightly earlier than the estimated delivery time. Generous portions, reasonably priced. I'll be back :)

Not a place where you are going to sit down and eat, the set up is grab and go. I didn't have a problem with the service but it seems like a bunch of guys are just hanging around the kitchen not being aware of their customers, the sandwich I requested could have saved my review but the bread was stale, they are big sandwiches but if anyone as a food server anywhere, if you notice your bread is not fresh, it doesn't hurt to take and extra step and toast it...

Oh my, find a better way to cool the place. Sub was fantastic, but eating with the ac blowing above my head with little effectiveness surely didn't encourage me to get a dessert.
