The food we ordered tonight for pickup was a large cheese pizza with sweet sauce and fresh mozzarella. The receipt when picked up said sweet sauce on it but not fresh mozzarella. Once the pizza was opened and tasted it was not a sweet sauce and had no fresh mozzarella. We called Spanzianos to get it straightened out and they said we ordered incorrectly. As well the pizza tastes salty and not appetizing. This is the second time that they have messed up like this and they need to figure out their communication between their staff as they are not getting the orders written down correctly and not producing what they are selling. As well they tried to tell us they only sell sweet sauce but they are unfortunately wrong as there website says you can choose the sauce you would like on your pizza. So get your information correctly as this is 2025 and it is not difficult to write down an order correctly and then make the pizza. It won’t let me give them zero stars but if I was able to I would have.

Zsa Zsa Goulash
For pizza, the sweet sauce is the way to go, and I've never had an issue with the amount or distribution of cheese. I saw some ordering issues mentioned here, but I've never had a problem. Spaziano's pizza is always hot and ready at the correct timeframe. Overall, it has the best crust out of several of the local competitors, and the people who work there are really funny.

absolutely disappointed. i ordered a large pizza, an order of french fries, and a order of chicken fingers. the chicken was pink on the inside, the fries were wet and soggy, and the pizza was shaken so much the cheese was all over the place mostly on the top of the box. i called and spoke to the order visibly frustrated and asked for a refund of the 47 dollars i spent and the owner told me they don’t do refunds. i read their return policy POSTED on THEIR website that states that if you give them a call they will be happy to speak to you and give you a refund when deemed necessary. i called back and read the return policy to them in a frustrated tone and due to my “tone of voice” they refused to give me a refund and then hung up on me. i am so disappointed.

I've gotten pizza from here plenty of times when wasted. I ordered from here tonight sober and got a medium pizza, sweet sauce with extra cheese, and double dough. It was like $27.00, which is beyond ridiculous. The sauce had no sweetness whatsoever. Literally, the only reason I ordered from here was for the sweet sauce. There was barely any sauce on it AT ALL. It is a regular pizza with cheese. I was beyond disappointed. I fed the remaining pizza to my chickens.
