I love Starbucks but this one is short staffed, and slow. There is this lady that works there she’s about 70, and she has more aditude than disgust. I asked her politely that I wanted a strawberry açaí LEMONADE refresher with not berries and she yelled, SLOW DOWN DO YOU WANT LEMONADE. I do not want to continue coming there.

If you going here just make sure you have at least 50 minutes to spare. The location is extremely understaffed and there’s always a line. Feel bad for the barista working here. They should have at least 2 making the drinks and 1 taking orders instead of just 1 doing it all.

Only staffing one person for the morning and then sending that person on break is wild to me. Totally deserve breaks but maybe you should staff atleast 2 people in o cover breaks so you don’t have to shut down for 15-30 mins and turn customers away.

I just got the best white chocolate mocha ever. It came without the burnt taste that they normally come with. It was delicious! The gentleman who made it had lived in Spain and knew how to make a proper coffee

Young male working today was clearly not happy with his job. It's retail, I work it, I get it. I saw him pull something out of my drink with his fingers. When I said something he gave me attitude before agreeing to remake it. When I said thank you he ignored me and walked away. He's young so he needs to be taught a bit more customer service skills.

Standing alone in line forever, 4 employees just chatting...no one took my order. I walked away. Bad.
Absolutely abysmal service. The girl who works the front is awful, has zero knowledge of the product, consistently makes mistakes and has charged me double twice now. Half the time they don’t have what you ask for and asking for alternatives is like pulling teeth.

Do not waste your time going to the Starbucks, the girls that work behind the counter are some of the rudest people I've ever come across. They charge me $8 for a coffee and refuse to make it the right way and not because of an honest mistake but because they simply just don't listen to me when I order it all they listen to is the kind of coffee it is. They don't listen to how I want it made. And then when I ask them to fix it they give me the worst attitude about it like it's my fault that they messed it up. Save yourself the trouble and just drive to the plaistow Starbucks, even though that one's only open till 3:30 in the afternoon. The one in plaistow also charges $2 less for a coffee. I assure you this Starbucks is not worth the aggravation or the wasted money.

Every time we go to this location’s drive through, we end up waiting for SO long. It’s noticeably longer than any other Starbucks drive through. Not sure if they are just constantly understaffed, but it seems to be isolated to this Starbucks specifically. They are very friendly once you get to the window, but it doesn’t make up for the extremely long wait times.
Awful customer care poor quality drinks and soon expensive
The Starbucks employee was extremely rude. Never going there again.
