DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL.these ppl are horribly rude to customers. I ordered a strawberry freeze for my daughter. We waited 10 minutes for 2 cheesy roll ups and the strawberry freeze. And when the cheesy roll ups came out, they just handed me a cup, then I had to wait another 10 minutes to ask somebody where my freeze was cuz there was nobody at or near the counter. Then she took the cup from me and went to do something in the back and talking with her co-workers for another 10 minutes, then she used my cup to fill up a root beer for a drive through customer. And after waiting another 10 minutes, I said, I'm waiting for an orange freeze.And she yelled at me and said , i'm gonna make it in a minute!! And then when she made it she slammed it on the counter in front of my 8 year old daughter and walked away. Unbelievable.

Place is ridiculous you order thru drive thru they make you park at the business next door then make you wait twenty minutes to give you the wrong order then give you an attitude about it just so they can say the serve people thru drive thru fast don't not go there

Ordered 3 soft tacos and a burrito thru the drive thru and was told to pull into the parking lot next door at a different business. Food got to us like warm after 20 minutes waiting. There was no one inside or out maybe 1 or 2 other people and we waiting that long for 3 soft tacos, in the parking lot of a different company that says no trespassing.

ordered thru doordash, and wowww let me tell what a horrible delivery it was not who delivered the food was just thrown in bag like if it was trash just take a look at the picture i was missing food wowwwww unbelievable
This Taco Bell is an absolute disaster. They have never once gotten an order correct. And it’s never a small detail, it’s massive chunks of orders completely missing and other chunks completely incorrect. The quality is always very poor, with the food feeling rushed and sloppily put together, tasting nothing like any other Taco Bell location. With the same staff and management, this also applies to the KFC in the same building.
They also do not allow online orders through the Taco Bell app, only through DoorDash, and the menu is regularly out of date.
Avoid this one at all costs, and go to the significantly better Plaistow Road location.
