Took a drive to the taco bell. Had to deal with he ai drive thru and it said it got everything I said and turns out it absolutely did not .. missing half my order. Then the food I did get was covered in hair. Serious lack of management when it came to getting a refund there best answer was just come back and we'll remake it. No that doesn't solve anything why would I want more of this nasty hair in my food. Absolutely disgusting. Buyer beware place is a trash heap with no standards and the level of acceptability is severely lacking.

Only car in drive through at 7:30pm, they're using an AI order-taker (stop giving human jobs to AI) and the guy at the window was very unfriendly and seemed inconvenienced. Food took over 15 minutes to receive, with one diner spotted inside. Ridiculous

Food regularly made hot and right. Employees are nice. Drive through now is all AI, starts with a really loud one asking for a code, then when you order the other one just keeps asking you to order more than you wanted. After six different questions from an AI after I already ordered I got pretty frustrated. AI is better than a lot of drive through attendants but unless you want to talk to a computer for two minutes just to finish ordering you’re better off going in or asking for the operator from the start.

Ordered tacos on “National Taco Day” for the buy 1 get 1 promotion after I got out of work too late to go anywhere else and I received nothing but shells! Empty shells!
